Fantastic Experience
The lady server was extremely nice to us at the breakfast would always remember her. Thanks for your kind service.
The waterslide is great and once you are checked in the staff is very helpful and kind.
Check-in, we were waiting patiently at the counter with a small child and the staff member prioritized an older gentleman cutting the line to buy something over our check in. I found that to be quite rude especially because we had a child with us and just drove 9 hours to arrive. The water in the shower was also really cold in the morning and we were up at 5:00am.

The restaurant was so friendly -and when we checked in we were greeted in true Canadian style... A smile and great conversation!
Bathrooms could be updated
Dog bowls and welcome treats would be helpful.
Little extras can go a long way to continue to make this a cozy experience.
Kamloops - Not near as nice as I remember. Internet wouldn’t work. Elevator old and scary. Dark rooms. Won’t book again

Room was huge and clean. It was great value for this mid-range accommodation.

Adjacent to a bar/grill on edge of the hotel parking lot. Worked great for good food and great drinks for us and walking distance back to hotel
Breakfast wasn't all that. Plenty of choices but steam table foods were not hot (at all)
Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was not great - very limited options and everything was in cardboard bowls with plastic cups and cutlery - an awful waste of single use items. We would have preferred not to have had an inclusive breakfast in these circumstances.
