There was a huge problem due to the front desk employee lying and getting caught. I requested the manager to call me back and ended up receiving a call from another employee, who the Hilton head office told me was NOT a manager. She did not like my last review of their property on the Hilton Honors website and proceeded to yell and scream at me and carry on like an infant. She told my family and I to leave their property within 30 minutes and never return. She even admitted this all to Hilton Honors, who we have been members with for 30 years with never any issue they noted. Our son had just had surgery and we requested an extra day and they gave us 30 minutes to get out. Upon checking out, they said they returned our payment for that night and they canceled all future bookings. THAT WAS A LIE TOO!!! They still attempted to take payment 6 days early from booking.com for the future booking and they did not return the money to my account. We now have to go there in person and possibly small claims if they do not do what the checkout receipt shows. They will have 1 day and then I will serve them as it is all documented with Hilton Honors. Beware of Kamloops Hampton Inn Staff. It is sad that she made so many racial slurs and judgements to me in an attempt to bully me into removing my review.

No conditioner in the shower, staff didn’t apologize first for that. I felt I had to defend myself.
The room was very clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and very happy when they were in the hallways. Gina in the breakfast room makes the entire experience of this particular Hampton Inn. She is super friendly and goes out of her way to make guests have the best experience. Her grandson is working with her now and they make an amazing team. He is such a hard worker....you never once seen him stop! The pool and hot tub area were nice and clean but there are never any clean towels stocked. The store in the lobby is a nice addition. The front desk staff isnt always the friendliest or most honest people but there are a couple that have been there for a very long time that make the desk experience a great one.
The beds were not very comfortable. They sunk in towards the middle and really hurt the back. For the price you pay to spend a night, you would expect better comfort. The only other bad thing was that a homeless person came in through the exit door at the back of the pool room and used the hot tub with my family. She proceeded to take a bunch of selfies and when my daughter jumped out to go to the desk, the girl jumped out and grabbed her clothes and ran out the back door again. The desk girl told my daughter that she checked the cameras but didn't see anything. My husband and I spoke to the same girl later and we told her there were 2 men that were with that girl and they were outside the front window watching our daughter swimming for 2 hours and that they had waved at both myself and our daughter. She then changed it to oh that shouldn't have happened and then said she checked and the girl was a guest. The next day I saw the girl get arrested at the intersection to go towards the highway as she was soliciting cars. It really appeared that the girl working knew them and let them in.
The only negative experience was that our room which we very much liked (and was not inexpensive) was not serviced daily. We had to ask for fresh towels, coffee..

Geräumige, moderne umd saubere Zimmer; Schwimmbad mit Rutsche und Whirlpool (nutzbar bis Miiernacht!); zum Frühstück gab es frische Waffeln.
Beim Frühstück werden Pappbecher, Plastikteller usw. verwendet sodass leider viel Müll produziert wird.
