In Summe war es okay. Der Nymbus der 5-Sterne weckt zu hohe Erwartungen.
Pros:

Schönes Objekt, fußläufig vom Stadtzentrum (25 Min.). Große Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Freundliches Personal, teilweise fehlte die Qualität für ein 5-Sterne Hotel.

Cons:

Das abendliche Glas Wein wurde von Personal ohne Ausbildung präsentiert. Es wurde weder nach den Wünschen und Präferenzen gefragt bzw. eine Reaktion der Gäste abgewartet. Der Wein war warm, die Flaschen dreimal leer und wurden mit unterschiedlichen Weinen aufgefüllt. Das passt einfach nicht zu einem 5-Sterne Hotel...

A great stay in lovely & peaceful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel situated a short walk from the centre of Seville. The hotel was quiet & restful, the area around pool was great for relaxing.
The staff were all friendly & professional. The room was a good size.
We really enjoyed ambiance of the hotel.
We will definitely return.

Fab staff, couldn't be more helpful. Huge room, free parking and lovely food!
Pros:

Everything was lovely and staff went the extra mile, suggesting places to go, offering help and lending us an umbrella when it rained! Huge room and bathroom, lovely little pool area.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, but if I was being hyper fussy I guess a few things in the room are a little dated, however I think it added to the charm.

Pros:

Overall a little disappointed with our stay as the hotel needs updating
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate but not replenished and tables in breakfast room were left uncleared for long periods of time

Cons:

Cleanliness was not of 5 star standard our room was very dusty and see previous note about breakfast clearing

Für uns das schönste Hotel in ganz Andalusien
Pros:

Wir waren drei Wochen in Andalusien unterwegs und dieses Hotel war bei weitem das schönste Hotel, in dem wir übernachtet haben. Angefangen beim Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hotelareal und dem überaus netten Empfang. Das Zimmer war überwältigend groß mit sehr tollen bequemen Betten. Das Badezimmer war ebenso riesig und mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr groß und gepflegt und der Pool sieht auch sehr schön aus. Leider war es für uns noch ein bisschen zu kühl um den Pool zu genießen. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Und das beste ist das Restaurant mit sehr fachkundigem und freundlichem Service und einem überaus hervorragenden Essen. Vor allem der Cheesecake mit Olivenöl und Queso Payoyo war ein Gedicht.

Cons:

Leider habe ich nicht nach dem Rezept des Cheesecake gefragt.

Maybe our last visit…
Pros:

Central position. Aesthetically beautiful hotel with gorgeous decoration. Good pillows. Lovely downstairs bar area.

Cons:

Overpriced breakfast. Poor use of space on roof terrace. Not enough sunbeds with space given over to bar/cafe which closes at 6.30 and was always quiet during our stay. We are returning clients and had been assured a larger room. This didn’t happen. Lilies on our corridor were wilted for our whole stay of 4 nights.
