Location is very convenient
Outdated enerior
Beds were very comfortable. Lift to rooms. Close to heart of city and walking distance to many places. Towels were plush. Laundry room, pool and gym.
No exhaust fans in the bathroom, so bathroom smelled musty and mouldy.
Great location. Friendly staff.
Far too expensive for the quality of rooms. Air-conditioning didn't work beyond a fan. When told staff was offered another room of poorer quality. "Maintenance" went into my room to check the air-conditioning. Turned off the lights and left the television on. No change to air-conditioning. Bed and furniture all worn and stained.
Towels old and threadbare.
While staff were commendable in their efforts and friendly, the hotel itself was far below the expectations that come with the Rydges brand. Many other more value for money choices in Darwin.
The location is fantastic. Close to all facilities and local buses if you do not have a car.
Room are spacious but very dark and tired. Only one small window that can’t be opened and no balcony.

Location was close to everything I needed and was easy to access.
Bed was comfy and having extra blankets in the cupboard was good.
Lack of parking availability, considering most people came to the hotel on buses, I struggled to understand how it was fully booked out with the alternative car park being a 15 min walk away.
The shower grout was all mouldy and obviously doesn’t get scrubbed clean too often.
The pool would only fit maybe 5 people in it comfortably, and that’s if you don’t have kids. Very deceiving in the overview online.

Nice lobby, pretty hotel.
Great location but reeks of urine outside. Mould in the shower. Lovely hard workers. Safety concerns with the short railing on the inside, especially with young children. If someone is sick they can easily fall. The room smelt a big muggy. Would be nice if we could have opened the window. The wardrobe smelt off pee and farts. The fridge wasn't that cold. The carpet needs a clean or just new carpets. The mattress were comfy but felt old. The foot rest sheets on be clearly never get cleaned, had lots of stains when you turn them over. The top blanket on one bed had a dirt mark like from someone's shoe and the bed cover had some kind of stain from oil or bodily fluid, not sure. Lovely pool. I think the workers need more time to properly clean the rooms and remodelling needs to be done. The maid came around to our room straight away to ask if we needed anything and was very prompt in helping and had a great personalty. All the workers seemed very love and hard working.
Central location.
Not very clean (mould in bathroom sink) and difficulty getting rooms cleaned day to day. Our first room clean was 5 days in despite requesting each day. Only bed turn downs until then.
Tiny pool area with a handful of sun lounges and the rest closed off looking like a construction site.
No services (not even a phone in the room) or staff present apart from one at front desk.
Self check in via kiosk felt very budget.
