Beds not comfortable, pillows too soft. The idea of using computers to check yourself in is all very well and good, but I could see the elderly people struggling with this. Lucky I’m good on computers!
Room was clean, roomy and beds comfy.
Extra fees and charges added when I paid on site coined as “credit card fees”.
Should have paid thru the app.
The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable.
There was NO atmosphere...No breakfast served. Not one pleasant place to sit and listen to music and relax after sight-seeing. The price of the room was too much for NO service at all.
How can they use the name of Rydges when it is no more than a back packer hotel?

Great location to Darwin central.
The number of times I had discuss charges to my room with staff that weren’t asked for was disappointing. I had the same discussion with stall each day of my stay.
Also an embarrassing moment for myself after both of my room door swipe keys had been disengaged & I couldn’t access a bathroom when I needed to urgently. this resulted in an embarrassing look for myself until I had to wait my turn to have my swipe cards reactivated in the foyer.
