We would come again i think
Pros:

Friendly staff, easy access to everything we came to Poneke for and everything we needed.

Cons:

Couldnt get secure parking we requested on booking, otherwise stay was pretty good.

Pros:

The bathroom was good, and it was pretty clean. Not too expensive. Staff were good.

Cons:

It was cold as there was no heating, and the bed was not very comfortable.
Also the parking situation is a let down, they have $35 per night parking, but if you miss out its very expensive to park in the Wilson parking overnight, at $5 per half hour.

A great place to stay in the heart of the city. 5 Stars!!
Pros:

The location was ideal for the Conference we had to attend down the road. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Perhaps a slightly bigger room. Our friend was on her own and had a much bigger room than our very small room for two people.

Excellent value
Pros:

My wife and I and our 8 year old in town for the rugby so location perfect. Excellent customer service from every staff member we interacted with. Great value for what we paid. We paid the extra for the buffet breakfast. So glad we did - it was top notch! Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Being picky but bed was a little soft but thats just my personal preference.

Overall it was a nice experience - apart from the shower. Thank you .
Pros:

Location was amaaaazing.

The temperature and controls were great.

The option to have two big beds in the same room.

The layout was good.

Cons:

The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay up so wasn’t a pleasant showering experience.

There were no hand towels in the room.

Bigger glasses to drink out of would’ve been nice, they were barely bigger than a mouthful.
