Superb Stay, clean and comfy.
Pros:

Very much accessible to all good places here in Wellington. Ibis Hotel is always been my go for a hotel because of its comfortable ambiance, clean and organised.

Cons:

Complimentary Water should have been automatic upon guest check in. Should have a bigger pitcher for guests of 4 so no need for the guest to go in the bar area just to ask for it.

Great location but stressful experience
Pros:

Great location and very convenient car park (and the team kindly gave me access to it as a compensation after an underwhelming interaction with a staff member).

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a very poor and highly disrespectful experience with one of the staff members. The rest of the team was very nice at my arrival but I’m still waiting for a follow up on our conversations and where things are at.
