Wouldn’t recommend or plan to visit any time in the future.
Pros:

I enjoyed the mall and shops in the area

Cons:

The staff overall from front desk to cleaning was not easy to talk and deal with . The front desk was definitely rude and on top of being rude to me and my wife she changed our room from a king deluxe suite that was handicapped accessible to a normal single king room , I’m disabled and have difficulty moving around so the room was chosen online and reserved over 3 days prior. The cleaning staff spoke no English so the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with any questions. I usually go to aloft which is in the same area of location and decided to just t try something different and the room was what made my choice for Hamilton and I wasn’t even able to get the room I reserved. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t recommend over other options in the area .

When the AC worked, the rooms were comfortable

My room was cancelled without me knowing and very little care was given after a long haul flight

We had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

I prepaid for both rooms and got electronic keys for both rooms. My daughter’s room key worked. Mine did not so I ended up at the front desk anyway, which is what I wanted to avoid. Real bummer.

Pros:

The breakfast was great.

Cons:

Carpet in the room by the AC was wet. There were entire chunks of drywall from the ceiling missing, and a large water stain on the ceiling also.

Pretty Good Stay
Pros:

The facility itself was great and our room was clean. I would probably stay again.

Cons:

Check in is at 3. I arrived at the hotel at 3:45p but our room was not ready, so we had to leave and return later. I prepaid for my room in full through a third party so we were not offered a discount or any type of compensation.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and constant being restocked as items ran out. We travelled with a large group of 13 year old boys and there were enough options for everyone.

Cons:

The elevators were a bit jarring/ jerky

Pros:

Everything was great!! Location was perfect, as we had planned to go to the mall and casino. We were impressed with the variety of breakfast foods to choose from and our rooms were very comfortable. Our kids couldn't get enough of the pool....We will definitely stay here again

Cons:

One of the elevators was scary...making an abrupt jump stop on the 5th floor

The room was clean and very comfortable--especially the beds! The staff was friendly and very helpful!

Cons:

I've stayed at several Hampton Inns in the past. I've always found the free breakfast doable, but not this time. After the first day, we chose to buy breakfast. I even checked to see if it had improved the second day, and it had not. It was disappointing to have to add that extra expense, but not a deal-breaker when you consider all the other good things!

big room
Pros:

Close to the mall and lots of restaurants. Room was large, which was great for 3 people and myself working in the room during the day for one of the days.

Cons:

The area gets a little seedy at night with the casino attached to the mall. Also the staff could be nicer, it was difficult to get someone to give us additional towels or toilet paper during our stay
