Vriendelijk personeel, kamer was netjes, prima bedden. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd en de locatie van het hotel was gunstig gelegen. Voor de deur stopt de tram en de bus. En net om de hoek zit de metro
Die zentrale Lage hat uns überzeugt und die Dame beim Check-In war freundlich. Leider war es das dann auch schon.
Ein Zweitbettzimmer sieht auf den Bildern deutlich größer aus.
Überall war viel Staub - egal ob auf den Steckdosen, dem Fernseher, den Lampen oder der Halterung für den Fön. Das Waschbecken hatte Risse und Flecken. Ein absolutes No-Go und wirklich ekelhaft.
Der Türöffner scheint einen Wackelkontakt zu haben (?), denn beim Check-In und nachts bei Rückkehr ins Hotel benötigte es zig Versuche, bis es ging.
Der Herr der Nachtschicht war extrem unfreundlich, unangenehm und genervt. Die Fenster in den Zimmer sind verschlossen, sodass wir ihn freundlich gebeten haben, dieses aufzuschließen. Es war ein Wunder, dass wir ihm keinen roten Teppich auslegen mussten. Wir haben ihn auch über den offensichtlich defekten Türöffner informiert, der dann irgendwann ging - wir bekamen ein augenrollendes „Ja ja … schön Abend“.
Wir bereuen die Buchung und hätten das Geld lieber in uns bereits bekannte Hotel stecken sollen.
Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Mit wenig Ablage. Zwischen dem eckigen Tisch und dem Bett kommt man schlecht durch und stößt sich zig mal. Rätselhaft, dass das niemand testet. Aber abgerundete Tisch sind wohl zu teuer gewesen. Nach vorne raus rumpelt die Tram vorbei. Besser ein Zimmer nach hinten buchen.
Confortable, propre, insonorisé. Emplacement idéal à 10 min de la gare et au niveau de lignes de métro et de tram. Super lunch box préparée à la place de mon petit déjeuner !

We chose the hotel because of the convenient location. Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself, I would rate as average. The room felt tiny despite 18sqm and also warm despite AC. We stayed for a week - there was very little space for hanging clothes and 2 suitcases. No fridge. For amenities in the bathroom you have to ask explicitly and receive a product that isn't very appealing. As an ALL Accor Platinum member, you’re promised a few extras during your stay. In this hotel, there’s nothing apart from a bottle of water on the day of arrival and a Duplo chocolate bar when you check in at reception. I believe that is the normal standard, it didn't feel special. Compared to what you would normally receive as a status member in ALL Accor hotels in the same price class, it is striking when there is nothing provided at all and even not recognized upon arrival at reception. This is unusual. I can understand when there is no early check-in possible by lack of availability (we arrived by 11am). However, for example, during my last stay at the Novotel Edinburgh a month ago, the hotel provided extras like high-quality bathroom amenities and every day soft drinks and snacks to even the standard room, That is what you normally expect when having Platinum status (and what it is marketed for). All in all, the stay leaves a mixed impression.
Die Lage
Das Zimmer dieses Mal war nichts. Eine sehr laute Klimaanlage mit recht geringer Leistung. Das das Zimmer zur Invalidenstrasse ging, konnte man nicht bei offenen Fenster schlafen. Den durch das geschlossene Fenster abgehaltenen Lärm hat die Klimaanlage mühelos ausgeglichen 😞.
Außerdem war der Sockel vom Bett auf jeder Seite 10cm breiter als die Matratzen, mit der Folge von blauen Flecken durch Anstoßen beim vorbeilaufen.
The bed and bathroom size is perfect and comfortable for two. The room is very clean and the service is outstanding.
When checking in, the lady in the front desk could not find our reservation and told us that we were probably at the wrong location. Thankfully, the other guy nicely looked at our reservation and helped us checked in.
