Pros:

Staff was extremely kind!
Hotel rooms and all hotel facilities extremely clean!
The bed was super comfy!

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little bit more seasoned and allergen friendly
Unfortunately inside our room the bathroom vent was not working so the room felt a little damp, as well as the carpet floors but Prado team took care of it!

Room was very disappointing
Pros:

The front desk always answered and responded immediately.

Cons:

The sheets were NOT clean...The bathroom floor looked dirty and unsanitary. Due to the fact I only had one day, I endured. When I contacted the front desk, they got housekeeper immediately. I showed her the spots on the sheet and told the spots were sticky...Very disappointing
