De locatie, het uitzicht, het behulpzame personeel, het ontbijt echt alles was perfect.Heb in veeel duurdere hotels een veel mindere ervaring gehad.Niet dat dit een goedkoop hotel is , maar value for money is top

Mon hôtel préféré
Pros:

Cela fait plusieurs années que je viens avec ma petite chienne et je suis toujours très contente.

Cette fois ci je me suis trompée dans les dates et je suis arrivée le jour où je devais partir. Ils ont arrangé la situation avec beaucoup de courtoisie.

Le personnel est professionnel et aimable, les prestations sont impeccables, les chambres style années 30 très belles.

Pros:

Localização ótima.
Café da manhã bom.
Era meu aniversário e toda equipe foi muito legal e simpática comigo.
Serviço de quarto 2x ao dia.

Cons:

A limpeza do meu quarto não estava muito boa. Muita poeira nos móveis e até no sofá. As taças de vinho estavam empoeiradas.
O spa precisa de manutenção, algumas hidromassagens não estavam em bom funcionamento.
Achei o estacionamento muito caro, 41€ a diária.

Decent, but definitely needs improvement.
Pros:

- The location is great.
- Staff were all nice.
- Clean room.
- Great breakfast (room service).

Cons:

- The bed and pillows were super hard and uncomfortable. We asked for a pillow top which helped a little, but not enough.
- The air-conditioner made a whomp whomp whomp noise the whole time and didn't actually cool, so we were sweating.
- Pets aren't allowed anywhere so we couldn't eat downstairs for breakfast or any other meals.
- The room service food was not good at all.
- When we checked in we asked for our car to be charged before we leave. They forgot.
- Room was smaller than expected (wasn't actually 40m2).

Excellent séjour, hôtel avec du charme et personnel agréable
Pros:

Super expérience ! Nous sommes arrivés avec ma compagne en tant que français dans cet hôtel sans parler un seul mot d’italien et en maîtrisant très peu l’anglais. La réceptionniste parlait couramment le français et nous avons pu discuter et avoir des explications claires sur l’hôtel, nous avons énormément apprécié. Nous avons également été surclassé dès notre arrivée, on nous a attribuer une petite suite avec vue sur la ville, c’était vraiment magnifique. La chambre est calme, propre et bien équipée. L’hôtel a vraiment du charme et du caractère, ce qui change de tous les hôtels habituels plus « standardisés ». Piscine chauffée très agréable.

Cons:

Le seul axe d’amélioration serait les heures d’ouverture d’accès au spa/piscine qui ne sont que de 10h-20h de mémoire. J’ai voulu me baigner vers 9h00 mais je n’avais pas pu.
