Worth the extra money to stay somewhere central with beautifully appointed rooms.
Pros:

The historic property was attractive, the staff were very friendly. We had a beautiful view of the city and the Alps from our room.

As a hotelier I am always looking for the best; I found it here!
Pros:

I have had the privilege of staying in some of the world's best hotels through my work as a workshop facilitator specializing in luxury hospitality. Therefore, when I travel for my own pleasure, I am extremely selective about where I stay because I know firsthand how many things can go wrong.

When I chose Principi di Piemonte, I knew from my very first telephone conversation with Silvia Frega, Guest Relations Manager, that I had made the right decision and that our stay would be exceptional. Even before we arrived, Silvia made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

The experience exceeded all my expectations.

First and foremost, the location is unrivalled and simply the best in Turin. The hotel is within walking distance of the city's major attractions, luxury boutiques, and charming local cafés. The train station is only a five-minute walk away and is, without question, the nicest and safest station I have encountered in Italy.

Our room offered breathtaking views over the city. How can one not fall in love with Turin?

The hotel team was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding service. The housekeeper greeted us each day with sincere smiles and maintained our room to an impeccable standard. The front desk staff were always eager to assist with any request and give personalized suggestions, while the bell staff were consistently kind and readily available whenever needed.

The bar is another highlight. The cocktails are sublime, expertly crafted, and accompanied by equally delicious snacks. Breakfast was a daily delight, featuring an abundant buffet of high-quality products with many local touches. One memorable example was the generous display of artisanal chocolate with Piedmont hazelnuts. Thank you for the lovely and delicious strawberry cake for my birthday!

The city of Turin itself is a hidden gem. It is so culturally rich, elegant, and authentic with an understated sophistication. I would not be surprised to see it become Italy's next tourism success story.
In an industry where excellence and authenticity is increasingly rare, Principi di Piemonte delivers it effortlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travellers. I am already planning to come back in the autumn!

Sehr zuvorkommendes, professionelles Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut auch wenn im Moment Bauarbeiten in der Zone stattfinden ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkundigen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, der Maitre d‘Hotel sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet sensationell.

Cons:

Die Dusche, wenn schon eine Regendusche (ich bevorzuge eine Normale), dann sollte sie regelmässig entkalkt werden.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. the Front desk staff made me instantly feel welcomed and was top level service throughout my 3 day stay. I would absolutely return next time I'm in Turin!
