Entspannter Städtetrip
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt an der Metro Station. Viele Lokale in der Nähe, wir waren in Brüssel fast ausschließlich zu Fuß unterwegs.

Location is good, next to the train station. Plenty of restaurants available

Cons:

Given unit on the second floor. Given the heatwave in Europe this week,The building has no air conditioning so it’s extremely hot . Had to leave the windows open but the restaurants pubs downstairs are open till late and it got quite noisy. Not suitable for light sleepers

Très bonne expérience, hôtel très bien situé, et qui accepte les chiens quelque soit leur taille !
Pros:

L'accès de la cour par la chambre, le petit déjeuner buffet bien garni, le confort des lits et la praticité du canapé lit.

Cons:

Les meubles et la peinture nécessitent un bon rafraichissement je trouve.

The location of the hotel and the safety of the area were excellent. There were many restaurants, cafés, and markets nearby, and the neighborhood was very lively. Many places were within walking distance. The room size was also suitable for larger families. The free luggage storage was very convenient, and the staff member who helped us during check-in was very kind and supportive.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was far below our expectations. There were stains on the walls and furniture, including what looked like a dead insect mark on the wall. The sofa bed looked so dirty that we did not even want to use it. Shortly after entering the room, we had to kill a bug ourselves. We contacted the hotel again for cleaning support but never received a response, despite receiving quick replies before arrival through Booking.

The room also had a strong unpleasant smell that never disappeared even after airing out the room. The bathtub drain worked very slowly, so during showers the water would collect around your feet unless you kept stopping and waiting. There was also no air conditioning or proper ventilation, making the room extremely hot.

Just don’t stay in the Luxembourg complex part

Cons:

We were in the Luxembourg complex, cannot begin to describe how awful, old and decrepit it all was, the room had an old chipped table, bed cracked every time you moved, the skirting and architraves were in an awful state, the bathroom with such a high bath that for an older, smaller person like me after a hip replacement was precarious to get in and out of. The whole bathroom was ridiculously dated. No air conditioning throughout the whole hotel was unbelievable with 30c temps Couldn’t make a tea or coffee in your room, no complimentaries in your room at all, so you had to go down to the breakfast room to make a drink each time and back up to your room. For an Ascott/Citadines hotel, it had to be the worst hotel I think I’ve ever been in Check in took at least 35 minutes with only a minimum line up. Certainly wasn’t the hotel I’d read about and was looking forward to
