Pros:

The staff is awesome the rooms are beautiful and the game area is nice the breakfast is good and the location is everything

Cons:

My a/c wouldn't get back cold after I turned off and back on and my balcony was in a bad area

Stay was safe. But apartment was in bad shape
Pros:

Location great but housekeeping was horrible. My tub didn’t work, qnats everywhere, there was a crack in the bathroom ceiling. The toilet stopped working and Chad to call multiple times before someone would come hours later

The property is in a great location, not to far from Canal St

Cons:

This location has a sever fungus gnat problem due to their live plants. The gnats are in all the plants and unfortunately made their way throughout the lobby.

An Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Superb staff and outstanding service. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were here for a significant medical visit; whenever we needed extra towels, pillows, etc. the staff brought them with a smile. The location is also excellent.
