Pros:

Muy buen lugar. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo tipo de tiendas, vías principales y puntos de interés de la ciudad. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones y el personal del hotel siempre tiene una excelente actitud para ayudar

Pros:

La ubicación de este hotel es de las mejores, cerca de restaurantes, sitios turísticos y oportunidad de salir de noche y tener todo al alcance de tu mano.

Cons:

Diria que los días que estuve hospedada había un olor persistente a basura, admito que el staff por todos los medios intento disminuir con la limpieza este olor, muchos de ellos provenían desde la calle, así que mi recomendación es tener mejor filtración de olores.

Good stay and service, bad furniture.
Pros:

I loved the location near Reforma and a lot of entertainment at a walking distance. I also liked the size of the room, and the amazing service from the usher! Israel.

Cons:

The furniture require an urgent renewal. It looks old and like if you were in the 90's. The good thing is that they are working on renovations in the exterior of the building.

Muy stasifechos y volveríamos.
Pros:

El espacio de la habitación, sala y baño fue muy staisfactorio. Todo limpio.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba muy bien comparado a la habitación de otro familiar que también se hospedaba ahí.
