Pros:

Un soggiorno da cinque stelle a dir poco fantastico! Fin dal nostro arrivo l'accoglienza è stata straordinaria: il personale, d'una gentilezza e disponibilità rare, ci ha subito sorpreso assegnandoci una camera di categoria superiore rispetto a quella prenotata. Un gesto di grande premura che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale.
La struttura è completamente nuova, con camere impeccabili per pulizia e insonorizzazione, letti comodissimi che garantiscono un riposo perfetto e bagni moderni, ben arredati e accessoriati di tutto punto. La posizione è davvero strategica, perfetta sia per godersi il centro a piedi che per partire per varie scampagnate ed escursioni nei dintorni. Molto bella anche la SPA con la piscina .
Nota di merito anche alla colazione, semplicemente eccezionale e ricca di qualità! Un grande grazie a tutto lo staff per la calorosa ospitalità dall'inizio alla fine: torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo ad occhi chiusi!

Staying in this hotel was highly recommended. I booked a regular room, and to my pleasant surprise I got a suite, for which I am really grateful.
Everything was immaculately clean, tidy and carefully prepared. Every detail was in its place, and I was especially delighted by the quality products in the bathroom - the shower gel, baths and other cosmetics were excellent.
The pool is extremely clean, pleasant and very bright, although it is located in the basement of the hotel, which positively surprised me. The ambience is really well designed and provides a great feeling of relaxation.
I would especially single out the gesture when checking out. As I continued on my way, the staff presented me with a apple pie as a small token of appreciation. Such gestaures are not forgotten and show how much they care about their guests.
Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality, kindness and wonderful experience. I will definitely be back and happy to recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons:

If I could make a single complaint, a suggestion rather than a criticism, it would be the price of using the infinity pool. I think that €80 per person for two hours is quite a high price, so I believe that a more affordable rate would allow more guests to enjoy the content

Cons:

Alcune rifiniture della stanza non al top, carta da parati parzialmente staccata dalla parete. Parcheggio in sterrato con ingresso non particolarmente agevole.

Luxe en aangenaam hotel. Zeer vriendelijk, persoonlijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heeft zeer veel faciliteiten en ook het restaurant is een aanrader. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, (te) veel keuzemogelijkheden ;)

Cons:

Mijn kamer op de bovenste verdieping had geen (of nog geen) airconditioning. Kan warm worden, ramen open.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere vari sentieri che per usufruire dei servizi della zona, il che lo rende ideale sia per chi cerca relax sia per chi vuole fare passeggiate ed escursioni.
Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e professionalità. Il personale è sempre stato gentile, disponibile e attento, facendoci sentire coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
Purtroppo il clima non è stato dei migliori, ma grazie alle coccole ricevute e ai preziosi suggerimenti dello staff, il soggiorno è stato comunque indimenticabile. E abbiamo usufruito del servizio spa; davvero rilassante, con piscina, sauna bio e un’area ben curata dove sono sempre disponibili tisane e acqua per gli ospiti: un vero angolo di relax.
Le camere sono confortevoli pulite e accessoriate e offrono una bellissima vista sulle montagne.
Anche al ristorante siamo stati viziati da una cena molto buona, con piatti curati e un servizio elegante e attento.
Consigliatissimo!
