Sehr schönes Marriott Hotel. Perfekt, wenn man mit dem Auto angereist ist, da unter dem Hotel eine große Tiefgarage zur Verfügung steht.

Rooms are very clean and the ladies who take care of cleaning are very polite. Our room was quite and we enjoyed the rest after a long day in the city and lakes.
The lady who welcomed us to breakfast was very energetic and helpful. They served coffee quickly and asked us if we need another cup. The breakfast was nice, rich and with reasonable price.
It is an excellent idea to have it from 7.30 to 11.00 - it gives us so much time to rest and sleep in the morning and yet, we can also eat early and leave the city. Excellent idea again!
I had a very unpleasant exit experience and this is why the rating is 8, not 10. They need to make sure that people enjoy their exit, not only the welcome and stay moment.
I felt I don't matter as a customer at all.
The lady Ana Maria who took my payment served as if payment is a chore and she has more important work to do. In fact she ask me to give my credit card, then went to the other desk to serve other customers who just came and forget about me. I was not in a hurry and waited. When she come back, she was so not focused that she told me the transaction did not go.
This annoyed me a lot. I corrected her that the transaction is not only successful, but I waited for so long that I checked my bank account and the amount was moved out of my bank account. So it is definitely successful. She did not respond.
The Hotel is a very well positioned.
I am extremely disappointed that i had booked this accommodation for a while and was given a disability room, secondly i had breakfast the first day and asked for a coffee and to then re ask 12 minutes later for same coffee was very disappointing.
