I enjoyed my visit will hope to come back again and feel the same refresh vibe or even more.
Pros:

The location environment was wonderful to site see and walk around. The good vibes that it gave me was beyond what I expected. My favorite part was the back balcony view outside on the 8th floor. I felt refreshed and at peace out there.

Cons:

I did like my room although it seemed a little off from what the content picture showed me when I booked it. I guess I was expecting a microwave in the room and all what was listed on the list. I didn't like so much that there wasn't really a large window to look out the space was small to go on the patio. The view of the bay was nice! love the water. the pool view wasn't too bad. Just was hoping for all what the pictures was showing me for that value.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Despite a Great Location

The location of the Arya Hotel Coconut Grove was definitely the best part of our stay. We were able to walk to many local restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage attractions, which was incredibly convenient.

Unfortunately, nearly everything else about our experience was disappointing. With the exception of two genuinely polite and helpful employees, most of the staff we encountered were rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed to lack even basic customer service skills.

Upon arrival, we paid an additional fee for early check-in. We selected this hotel largely based on the photos and descriptions online, including the images of the rooms. However, the moment we entered our room, it was immediately apparent that it did not resemble what had been advertised.

The room had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke combined with a damp, musty smell. The furnishings did not match the photos online and were in noticeably rough condition. There were not enough towels in the bathroom, and although the room included a coffee maker, there were no cups. The balcony also had a torn canvas that was visibly filthy and appeared moldy. Overall, the room was extremely dated and nothing like the polished appearance of the lobby or the images used to market the property.

To make matters worse, the television did not work. We repeatedly attempted to contact the front desk using both our personal phones and the room phone, but no one answered. When we went downstairs, there was no one at the front desk. Eventually, we were able to reach someone who assured us that, because of the issues we experienced, we would receive a 2:00 PM late checkout the following day and that a manager would contact us immediately to discuss compensation and possibly moving us to another room.

That did not happen.

The following morning, despite having our Do Not Disturb sign displayed, housekeeping entered our room at approximately 10:48 AM without properly announcing themselves. My partner and I were in

Pros:

Not a problem, letting you guys know that I will most likely be there next week again it’s absolutely the best place. I do travel a lot for work and sometimes just for fun but the location, the people in the hotel lobby, the cleanliness, the room, the views I can’t say anything bad there’s not one thing I ended up actually only there primarily for two days and ended up leaving after six days that’s pretty awesome. Thank you you guys. I’ll see you next week.
