Cannot believe it’s only a 3 star hotel ! For us it’s at least a four star hotel:)
Pros:

We stayed here for a couple of nights after traveling with an RV for a month through the U.S. We wanted to drop off our bags before check in and Mahir saw how tired we were so he let us check in 3 hours early without paying an extra charge. We couldn’t even believe it! Not even in 4 or 5 star hotels we ever had such nice service! The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. We were also very pleased with our hotel room, it was very spacious, modern and super clean! Very good value for money.
We loved that we could fill up the given water bottle for free (also very sustainable) as well as riding / renting the bicycles of the hotel for no extra cost. Very cool ideas and super tourist friendly.
The area is near the university and therefore quite central. The railway station is under 5 min walk of distance.
But you couldn’t hear any traffic or so in the night. During the day it was also rather quiet.
Overall we had such a nice stay. Thank you !!!

A MUST STAY!
Pros:

Great location to walk around for restaurants and easy access to I5 North or South for a short 15 to 25 minute drive into downtown Seattle. Today is Friday and at 11;35 am it says the travel time to Pike Place Parking garage is 19 min.
Atmosphere is warm, clean and very inviting. Rooms and other facilities are excellently clean and look exactly as they do on the website. The beds and the bedding makes you want to sleep in and stay forever!! We have stayed here before and at the Stay Pineapple Maxwell in Seattle, which is just a few blocks from the Space needle center. Our experience has been exactly the same at both locations!
We were delighted this time because they installed new Pour-Over coffee machines that made the best hotel coffee I have ever had! YAY!!
Shout out to Mahir at the front desk who was very accommodating and had a great personality!

Great for UW events
Pros:

Nice Downtown hotel close to Univ of Washington. Is very useful for attending any events near UW that requires an overnight stay. Room is very nice, and was quiet (although school not in session yet). Lots of small amenities and the on-site parking in the garage is a comfort. No complaints or deficiencies during our one-night stay

Comfy and convenient. Great place to stay that is not downtown.
Pros:

Stayed for a weekend, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is located very conveniently close to UDistrict and Univ of Washington, with lots of restaurants and transit nearby. Underground parking secure and convenient. Great mini market across the street and Trader Joe's a block away. Amazing Burke-Gilman trail only 10 minutes walk away as well. This is a great place to enjoy Seattle without being downtown. The rooms are great - open concept, great bedding and other amenities. Bathroom a little dated, but the rest of the room seemed to be more recent. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

The pineapple is the way to go.
Pros:

While visiting a old college friend in Seattle, my family stayed at this delightful hotel. It was centrally located in downtown Seattle, and they had their own parking garage, which was very convenient. The hotel was very clean, and was well taken care of. It was reasonably priced, compared to other places we looked into staying at. We felt safe, secure, and the staff was accommodating.

Clean, friendly, safe, classy, great location, walkable and near light rail!
Pros:

Great location, safe, walkable, near light rail station, restaurants and shops in the U district, Trader Joe’s etc. Just a few stops on the clean, safe light rail system to downtown and sights. Clean, large, quiet rooms. Super friendly, helpful staff. Free coffee, drinks, bikes, and a mini fridge and microwave in room. We’ll be back!

Great stay near U-Washington; would stay again
Pros:

I stayed here with my teenage son while we made a quick trip through Seattle and a visit to the University of Washington. The hotel was very convenient to the campus, and to a rail station that made it easy to travel around Seattle. The hotel itself was clean, with nice amenities, and comfortable well-thought out room layout. Staff was very friendly - we were greeted each time we came or left the hotel. It was my first time with this brand but I would stay there again if given the chance.
