CHeap hotel, good location.
Pros:

The lobby was clean and very well appointed. The dining area was large. The bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice. The internet worked well. The room had a very (VERY) strong smell of cleaning product, so I assume it was clean, but it needed to be aired out.

Cons:

This is not really the fault of the hotel - but there was a group of people who left a huge mess (glass bottles, fast food plates and general junk) in the BBQ area. Someone also left a mess around the pool area. The music was absolutely blasting. This type of behaviour certainly makes it unpleasant for everyone else who is staying there. Even though there was a big sign saying not to take food to the room, people were toting armfuls of food out of the dining area at breakfast.

I was very pleased with my stay. The location was good. The staff was pleasant. Food was close. Breakfast was decent.

Pool, Good water pressure, Ice, Huge refrigerator, comfy beds, goog wifi, easy parking.

Cons:

Too much weed smell, small bathrooms, we should not have to ask for fresh towels each day, more could have been available at breakfast, curtains were torn.

Wonderfully located Albany hotel, easy to navigate
Pros:

The location is amazing, so close to many restaurants, shops, and the highway. The pool and fitness center are nice. The staff is responsive.

Cons:

The free breakfast is a "free breakfast", quality is equal to value. Yet there is good coffee, fruit and juice. It seemed to have parts under construction during my 4 stays (4 days/week for 4 weeks in June 2026).

Will not stay again
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were very nice and quick to get us checked in early. The lemonade at breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned very well. Something was splattered on the wall and headboard. The carpet was sticky in some spots. Whoever vacuums didn't do a good job, there was medication on the floor. The pillows flattened. The bathroom is tiny and there was nothing to hold the shower curtain closed. Oh... and the TV was way too small.

Salle de bain sale. Plancher salle de bain malpropre. Bain abimé et sale. Chambre vieille avec des petits bouts de peinture et de plâtre partout. Toilette: ne se vide pas bien. Pas d’ascenceur. Odeur désagréable dans les corridors.

Bathtub was slimy, like it wasn’t even cleaned. Found things in the room from previous people who stayed, like no one even cleaned the room prior to us coming. Counter tops were sticky, once again, as if no one cleaned.

Cons:

Everything was run down and dirty. Something was spilled inside the room fridge and never cleaned. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit in with a dingy, torn and broken shower curtain that was cloth and just soaked the floor. Hair dryer missing. Free Breakfast was indeed free but was very underwhelming. Definitely needs a good cleaning and some major updates. Checking in and out was easy, staff was friendly. Pool was cold but clean
