Great staff, wrong location
Pros:

The room was very small. We paid a premium price and the balcony was nice, but the room felt too small for the price.
The location is a bit dated as all the shopping has moved downtown.

Really enjoyable with exceptional staff.
Pros:

Staff exceptional and room great! Very clean throughout except our balcony table which wasn’t cleaned once while we were there.

Cons:

Breakfast was great except the gluten free bread and sourdough were below average for a property of this calibre. White commercially sliced bread is really surprising when there are such good products on the market.
