The room was beautiful. The location was also good. i had asked for a sea view room and I got that. So it was good

Cons:

I had informed the staff well before coming about my requirements. that I have a 6 month old baby and what kind of room I wanted. However, no heed was paid. After going to the hotel after one hour I received the room after repeated follow ups and didn't receive the baggage as well so the journey was very uncomfortable. After I got the room and the baggage did my day went well.
Also I had asked for a separate cot I received the cot but I guess there were bed bugs in the cot because when we went home we got bed bugs all over our house. So it was a terrible experience post our checkout.

I will return but hopefully not have to work that time so I can enjoy the facilities more!

Everything - was perfect, and the services were fantastic! My aged mom had couple of incidents which the staff immediately addressed and they gave good attention to.
Excellent security too.

Cons:

I think directly above the room was probably a utilities passageway or something similar as it would get quite noisy late in the night, early morning etc. I asked about this at guest services and they informed that no, it’s just a regular room like one I was in but the sounds like cart rolling (a heavy suitcase would not be rolled around that long and so regularly I think). They offered to change room but it would have been in different side of hotel with different view which I didn’t want as my mother would have got very bored.
Somehow the internet was not as good/ strong as the last time I had stayed there (few months back), and I had to connect to hotspot on my phone

It was amazing. Had a lovely time there

Cons:

The only thing is the hotel room is not ready at check in time we had a really long day with flights and when we got to the hotel we had to wait 1 hour before our room was given
Otherwise the facilities and stay was nice .
