Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

We are currently upgrading our Spa & Gym facilities. Work will commence from 17th August 2022 till further notice. In the interim, the Spa & Gym facilities will be shifted to an alternate location and will be operational as per below timings: Jiva Spa – 8 AMto 9 PM/ Gym – 6 AMto 10 PM.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

DELIGHTFUL
Pros:

1) The Staff was extremely professional and friendly.
2) We got a sea facing room which was delightful.
3) The housekeeping staff was very efficient.

Cons:

1) The breakfast crowd and the waiting time
2) Things on the bfast buffet were not replenished even after the containers were empty. Despite reminding the staff they failed to replenish it for a very long time. This happened on multiple days. Someone needs to observe the stock on the table constantly and replenish it the moment the levels begin to drop.

Pros:

Housekeeping was very diligent and extremely attentive to detail. Lovely service overall.

Cons:

Checking in took too long. We were told they would call us when the rooms were ready, but this never happened. 45mins after check in time, we were still waiting only to find iut ourselves that the rooms were indeed ready.

Breakfast service was also extremely disorganised. They could not cope with the numbef of guests.
