Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

We are currently upgrading our Spa & Gym facilities. Work will commence from 17th August 2022 till further notice. In the interim, the Spa & Gym facilities will be shifted to an alternate location and will be operational as per below timings: Jiva Spa – 8 AMto 9 PM/ Gym – 6 AMto 10 PM.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

Lovely quiet location. Hotel has a nice welcoming ambience.
Staff were very warm and well trained

Cons:

Good stay overall. Food and employees at morning breakfast made my day. Quality of food, outstanding, tasty!!
Pros:

Excellent properly and it’s Taj. But if minor changes and upgrade of the properly may add more value as it’s on prime location facing sea. My bathroom had wall paper which was coming off and at corner like dark colour. Not sure if it’s mould.
Food excellent and service at food place, employees outstanding.

Cons:

Upgrade, wall paper in bathroom and any old stuff in the properly. That was a big drawback in Taj.

I really liked the coffee whichever restaurants I have explored .

Cons:

The housekeeping services,the room wasn’t cleaned despite of the time given ,I couldn’t rest in the room because there was housekeeping disturbances.
