Tropisch paradijs met zonsondergang!
Pros:

Erg groot en mooi hotel!
Vriendelijk personeel! Op het eigen strand kan je genieten van de zonsondergang!
De locatie is echt super!
Het zit aan de iets rustigere kant van het eiland, dit vonden wij erg fijn.

Cons:

Het ontbijt kan wat beter en uitgebreider!

Stehts bemühtes Personal in einem viel zu kleinen Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist Top! Pool und Strandanlage sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Ich war leider absolut nicht zufrieden. Das Doppelzimmer ist viel zu klein und ich war alleine. Man stolpert quasi die ganze Zeit über seine Koffer, da man keinen Platz zum verstauten hat. Mein Bett war schon vor meiner Benutzung voll mit Sand. Am zweiten Tag wurde leider auch der Zimmerservice vergessen. Erst auf erneute Nachfrage wurde das Bett dann sauber und frisch bezogen. Man kann also sagen, dass Personal ist stehts bemüht. Nächtliche Ruhestörungen blieben leider auch nicht aus und so musste ich meinen Unmut kundtun. Auf eine angemessene Nachtruhe sollte geachtet werden. Das Frühstück ist leider auch keine 4* Wert.

Amazing!!
Pros:

The hotel itself has amazing facilities, 2x pool, beach. The gardens are well maintained and it’s very clean. The staff are all so kind and welcoming. Junaid was amazing, so helpful and lovely.

Hotel no recomendado para familias: excelente limpieza pero fallos graves de seguridad y atención
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, es su personal de servicio. El equipo del desayuno y los chicos de la piscina son un 10/10; fueron perfectos, amables y muy profesionales. También queremos destacar la limpieza de la habitación, que estaba impecable gracias al excelente trabajo de las camareras de piso. Por ese lado, la estancia fue muy agradable

Cons:

Lamentablemente, hubo fallos de mantenimiento y gestión graves que empañaron la experiencia:
1. Seguridad y mantenimiento: El suelo de madera de la piscina es peligroso (tornillos fuera y madera podrida); mi mujer, mi bebé y yo nos clavamos astillas. Además, el váter estaba roto y tuvimos que usar una bolsa con agua para tirar de la cadena manualmente.
2. Gestión de luces: Las luces de la habitación son de control remoto centralizado. Pedimos apagarlas para dormir, pero apagaron las de otra habitación, dejándonos con luz toda la noche.
3. Falta de profesionalidad en recepción: Tuve que bajar a las 5:00 AM al no poder dormir y encontré a los dos recepcionistas durmiendo en los sofás. Al preguntarles después, nos dieron excusas que no eran verdad, que estaban rezando o en el cuarto de bici.
Para un hotel de esta categoría, deberían de ahorrase el tener que mentir a los huéspedes.

A su gerente le enseñe la foto de los trabajadores dormidos, y también le pedí que intentara solucionar el problema de la piscina, para que otras familias no le pase lo que a nosotros.

Peaceful location, very nice hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was young, friendly, and always very attentive.

The location is excellent if you want to stay somewhere peaceful, away from the noise of the bars but still close to everything.

Cons:

A couple of recommendations for future guests: ask in advance for mosquito spray treatment in the room area, and at night request for the outdoor cabin lights to be turned off if you prefer sleeping in a darker room.

Pros:

Second time visiting Lumi and there will be a third.

Great location with wonderful pools, great food and drink with incredible service.

Highlights for us were the beach BBQ, fire dances, breakfast and staff.

On the staff, once again Agus' local knowledge was incredibly helpful, Karin was an absolute delight to see in the morning, Andi, Al and Piki were extremely friendly and attentive and Yogi.. well Yogi is Yogi (please don't ever change!!)
