Pros:

The hotel is stylish and modern, staff was helpful and helped solved any issues and questions. We had the chance for an early check in which was great. We had breakfast a few times and it was quite good, plenty of choice. Location is next to a busy street, but it's close to city center, public transport, etc. Extras in the room such as drinking water, robes, clothes steamer is also a nice touch.

Cons:

As other reviews mentioned the temperature in the room is quite high and the only way to regulate it is to open windows, which can be a bit noisy at night from the streets around.

A pleasant stay in Budapest

Pros:

Gute Lage, tolles, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Obwohl an eine Hauptverkehrsstrasse, klasse schallisoliert.

Cons:

Housekeeping dem Hotelstandard ( 4 Sterne und dem Preis ) in keinster Form angemessen. Wir hatten 2 EZ gebucht, davon wurde das Zimmer 443 nicht einmal gereinigt in 7 Tagen. Nur die Handtücher gewechselt, nach Anfrage beim Zimmermädchen. Bei mir wurde nur einmal in den 7 Tagen gereinigt, habe aber auch 4 mal das " Nicht reinigen " Schild an der Türe hängen. Obwohl bei der Booking Beschreibung ein Restaurant angegeben war, war dies Abends, die ganze Zeit geschlossen Man konnte in der Bar die Bar- und die Restaurantkarte erfragen. Das Ambiente für ein schönes Dinner sieht aber anders aus und das für ein 4 Sterne Haus in einem fantastischem Ambiente. Die Bilder stimmen vollkommen überein.
Leider wurde unsere Beschwerde, bezüglich unserer Zimmer, geflissentlich übergangen. Ich hoffe, Booking wird entsprechende Schritte unternehmen um uns zu entscheidigen. Anbei ein paar Bilder.

Mooi hotel, prima kamer. Helaas geen koeling tijdens warme nacht.

Cons:

Het was warm en de ventilatie stond nog niet op koelen maar op verwarmen. Dat was in April, tijdens de wisseling van de seizoenen. 25 graden is wel warm om te slapen.
