The bar was very cold , the windows were open at 10pm , we left as quickly as we could finish our drink
Location was good, grounds were beautiful and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Aircon needs upgrading.

The rooms and public areas were all beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. There were fabulous walking and hiking paths accessible right from the hotel property and there are beautiful gardens on the property itself. The staff were all helpful and gracious. Luxury surrounded by nature!
Because the hotel is located in the countryside, there were no shops or conveniences within reasonable walking distance. While a taxi for an excursion to a village is fine, it would be nice to have a small guest shop within the hotel for items like toiletries, minor first aide, or small snacks.

The staff were very unfriendly no air conditioning or fans through the whole hotel during the heatwave the heat was sickening and we could not sleep for the whole night because of how hot it was
