Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was updated. Room and bathroom were clean. People at desk were courteous and tried to be helpful.
Our valid Visa card was declined causing a delay in being allowed into the room. Bathroom - inadequate lighting at sink and no stopper. The exhaust fan had to be on during a shower to prevent the smoke alarm from going off. Refrigerator in room was iced over and froze anything put in it. The thermostat came on in morning set to 82 degrees. Breakfast: difficult to cut waffle with plastic utensils, yogurt machine faulty, fresh fruit was disappointing, no bacon and sausage looked terrible.
The location to the beach was amazing!
The staff overall did not care. We never received any housekeeping the entire stay and had to request everything from the front desk the entire week. The breakfast was like jail food. They served rotten fruit!!! Nothing was ever refilled throughout the week we stayed, so they had less and less food until they had nothing. We weren’t allowed to check in until 5pm, but they were going to charge us $25 for a “late” check out at 12pm..
The room was very clean. The staff were friendly. The pool is great! The breakfast was just okay. Powdered eggs and cheap sausage, that was alittle disappointing.
The toilet was very low. The toilet paper was poor quality. No place to set shampoo, conditioner, or soap.
Large room was very nice and well worth the value right across the street from the beach

The location was good and the room was a good size for my family.
The fire alarm is right next to the bathroom and the shower steam set it off. It wasnt as clean as I would have liked it-- the floors were kind of sticky.
The room was perfect for us. Loved the bath/shower area. Gentleman preparing breakfast was very nice to everyone. We were fortunate to enjoy the pool pretty much to ourselves. We enjoy staying there as seniors.
AC was not functioning properly on our last night but we were on the ground floor which helped.
