Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Personal sehr aufmerksam. Unkompliziertes Abwickeln. Die Anweisungen wie Sekt bereit stellen und Hund reist mit, wurde alles ausgeführt obwohl die Buchung auch einmal verschoben wurde. Frühstück alles da, sehr gutes Brot. Reichhaltiges Angebot, wird sofort aufgefüllt. Schönes Ambiente. Essen sehr gut. Terasse sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Whirlpool war sehr klein für zwei. Wanne war nicht neu befüllt, da feiner Schmutzrand. Zimmer erfüllen den Zweck, zum nur Schlafen ok.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, pas loin du centre, du lac, de la Coop. A 100m de l'arrêt de bus no1 Ascona Centro. Store et rideaux, la climatisation. La terrasse du restaurant, les petites attentions, eau, pommes, petit cadeau de départ

Cons:

Le bruit de la route depuis le balcon ou avec la fenêtre ouverte. Le duvet synthétique.

Sehr gute Lage und nettes Personal. Saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat meiner Meinung nach zuwenig gekühlt, dadurch war im Zimmer immer 28°Grad
Und leider habe ich nicht ein Garten Zimmer gehabt wie gebucht war, sondern seitlich zur Strasse

Greatly enjoyed my stay. Excellent location, very clean, very nice staff

Very good breakfast. Very polite staff. Very clean rooms.

Cons:

Decor slightly dated, especially reception. Corridor carpets need updating. Main corridors to rooms should be lit when you exit the lift to the room, even with a small dim light. It is annoying to exit the lift into a dark corridor.
