So glad we stayed here!
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Delightful breakfast each morning. Excellent location if you are walking with luggage from train/airport tram. Easy walk to all major sites. Plenty of great food and drink all around the area as well.

Nada terrible ese hotel, no lo recomiendo queda en un lugar inseguro, cuando llegamos tuvimos que dejar las maletas y la persona de recepción una joven , no nos dio un buen recibimiento. Descuidado muy viejo, y nada que ver con respecto a las fotos. Luego encontramos otro hotel al mismo precio pero excelente y 4 estrellas, mi esposo se devuelve a recoger las maletas no había nadie en la recepción las saca y nadie se da cuenta 😔que las saco, cancelamos la reserva por este medio y es la hora que no nos reintegran al menos una de las noches de las dos que nos quedaríamos. Es lúgubre y hay habitantes de la calle en toda la cuadra.

Oltre le mie aspettative!
Pros:

Camera spaziosa finemente arredata, ottimo materasso king size e doppio cuscino per poter scegliere lo spessore. Pulizia inpeccabile. Colazione sia dolce che salata, con vasto assortimento e da consumarsi in una saletta deliziosa. Personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Piacevolmente stupita dalle attenzioni rivolte al mio cagnolino cui è stato fornito cuscinone sterilizzato per dormire e ciotola. Posizione ottima sia per chi raggiunge Firenze in treno che in auto (numerosi garage privati nelle vicinanze), vietta tranquilla ma con presenza di numerosi ristorantini, comoda al centro. Tornerò sicuramente.
