Pros:

Dormimos muito bem, camas confortáveis e janelas duplas anti ruído. Espaço para malas grandes. Café da manhã sem exageros mas estava tudo delicioso. Localização achei ideal pra quem sai da estação de trem com malas, bem como da pra ir a pé até o ponto de encontro para os passeios que saem pra Pisa etc na rua tem vários restaurantes que gostamos e fizemos tudo a pé mesmo estando com idosos

Very good deal and value. Large room for a family of 4 with two teenagers
Pros:

Location location location!
Close enough to the train station that it made very convenient to walk with bags to the hotel. but not too close that it felt like you were staying right next to a train station. In fact, you felt very much like you were in the middle and immersed in the city.

Cons:

Breakfast could have a few more options

Pros:

アンティーク家具の落ち着いた雰囲気。スタッフは最高に親切。こちらの質問（おすすめのレストランなど）にも的確な回答。こちらの困りごとにも、親身に適切な対応をしてくれた。朝食もおしゃれな空間で、よかった。立地も駅から近く、何処に行くにも便利。

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Good breakfast and hotel room was big enough for us all. Perfect location if you're arriving from train, on street with lots of restaurants on same street on way into main attractions.

No booling water for tea

Quite decent but over priced and not a great value.
Pros:

First room was old and outdated and hot. Air did not work. We switched rooms and it was good. Not great but good. Breakfast fair to good. This is an over rated property for the price.

Cons:

Most front desk workers not very friendly. Air cond not that cold but it is Europe.

O quarto é confortável, banheiro espaçoso e limpo, ar condicionado eficiente e silencioso. Achei a localização ótima.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixa a desejar. Poucas opções, frutas já mais escurecidas, com muitas opções industrializadas e poucas frescas.

Loved my stay! Definitely coming back to visit again
Pros:

It’s cute, breakfast is the best I have ever had in Italy, it has eggs and bacon! Walking distance to sites, restaurants and Duomo

Cons:

Bed is too firm for my liking, aircon is limited to 22 degrees, but I live in Chicago, so I want it colder
