Not safe. The ground level room had a cracked window secured with a nail in the window track. Staff would not change room despite my request.

Staff was rude, tried to charge me 210 on my last day knowing I’m leaving after being there for a week

Noise from barking dogs and people slamming the door ..i could hear people running up and down stairs till3am and door slamming till 4am could not sleep the exit door was right outside my door
