My 7th stay at Deliades and still one of my favorite hotels in Mykonos!
This was my 7th stay at Deliades Hotel, and after so many visits, I can honestly say that it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay in Mykonos.
Most of the time, I choose either the Diamond Suite or the Junior Suite, as these are definitely my favorite room categories. This time, I stayed once again in the Diamond Suite, and it was absolutely perfect.
The suite offers an almost 180-degree view over the Aegean Sea, with an amazing private outdoor pool and a beautiful, minimalistic design. It is the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, style, and that incredible Mykonos view.
As always, the service and management were excellent. The team is professional, welcoming, and always makes you feel genuinely taken care of.
The breakfast was delicious, while the lunch and dinner menu was one of my highlights. The food has a strong Greek character, with authentic flavors and really tasty dishes.

Wonderful stay

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are recently renovated, very comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean. What really made our stay special was the staff — everyone was kind, friendly, and always happy to help. The management was also very attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can genuinely feel that the whole team cares about their guests. We would happily come back again!

The kind of place that makes you want to come back to the same room.
Pros:

We stayed in a Junior Suite with a hot tub on the fourth floor. The view was amazing, and the staff was very kind and hospitable. The hot tub was the best part of the room, especially in the evenings when the wind picks up.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with some room decorations, and the staff helped me plan and set everything up. Walking into the decorated room was one of the best moments of our trip.

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and is located on a hill, so you do have to walk up a bit. The staff carried all our luggage for us without us even asking. The view from the top is worth the climb.

Ornos Beach is just a five-minute walk downhill. Since it faces south and is protected from the wind, the water stays calm even when it’s breezy, which made it our favorite beach on the island. There’s also a well-stocked supermarket and a bus stop with a direct line to the town center about ten minutes away.

This was our first time in Mykonos, and it couldn’t have been better. Deliades really made our trip special. I’d recommend it to couples who want a quiet and romantic experience on the island.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice with nice facilities and big rooms , clean and comfortable, breakfast is amazing and staff in the pool especially the Barman Christos is very polite and professional. Also the guy with the blue eyes in the reception Elias is the best guy I ever met , very polite , helpful and always willing to do anything for us and all the customers , he helped me a lot with my stay in the hotel and in Mykonos in general , I recommend this hotel due to this guy at the reception !!!

Pros:

The position is fantastic, close to Ornos beach and everything you need is basically reachable by foot, probably a 7 min walk to the super market, 5 minute walk to ornos beach.
the rooms are clean and the cleaning staff is awesome with 2 services per day making it a worthy stay, the cocktail/barman is skilled, worth stopping by.

Cons:

I will start by saying The receptionists aren’t really the best, only the girl was friendly while the shorter one with the short hair and blue eyes really made me feel like I was stupid, trying to convince me that when the pictures of the suite showed sunbeds next to the private pool he came into my room, removed the private pool cover and tried to explain to me those were the sunbeds…
other than that I had issues with my flight due to very rare circumstances (Major volcanic eruption that shutdown the 3 nearest airports Malta included) yet the hotel couldn’t bother about giving a partial refund or discount for extending my stay, standing their ground on basically helping me on nothing and wasting my money when I contacted no them more than 24 hours before.

Other issues we had is there is a lot of steps for the superior rooms, no elevator, moving luggage’s around is hard and nobody really helped us on checkout but they promptly called at the exact minute the checkout was due without thinking people have to bring down luggage.

Overall the hotel has not great insulation and it gets very noise, I could hear the family next door sadly all time especially during the night, and there is some sort of motor going on all day.

Another issue was with the shower, the first room we got in had a rusty screw on top of the knob that should’ve been the “lever” to action the shower, as I didn’t want to end up getting a tetanus shot we had to ask em to change the room.

There is no water bottle included so we had to pay or get it from the nearest store, would be a nice add to just refill water daily given the high price.

The pool is literally too small, so is the accommodations since they have a lot of guests, also there is a lot of electrical wires literally going over the pool which makes the stay in the area a little discomfortable.
