L'emplacement a coter de la plage

Cons:

L'accueil n'était pas du tout souriant ni chaleureux. Le personnel semblait fatigué et peu motivé, à l'exception d'un employé qui parlait français, qui était vraiment au top. La personne qui portait les bagages était également toujours souriante, très gentille et agréable.

Dans les chambres, il n'y a pas de chaises, pas de séchoir et même rien pour accrocher les serviettes. Si l'on souhaite faire sécher ses maillots de bain, il faut les mettre dehors sur les chaises, à la vue de tous les autres clients.

Il y a une bouilloire dans la chambre, mais ni sachets de thé, ni tasses. L'eau est payante, même au petit-déjeuner pourtant inclus. Une simple bouteille d'eau coûte 5 €, ce qui est excessif. Le cappuccino est également payant.

La piscine n'ouvre qu'à 12 h et ferme à 18 h. De plus, elle est très petite et dispose d'à peine huit transats.

La chambre était mal nettoyée, le ménage semblait fait à la va-vite, avec beaucoup de saletés, notamment dès l'entrée de la chambre.

Au vu des prestations proposées, le prix est extrêmement élevé. Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel ne paraît ni accueillant ni motivé. Heureusement, l'employé qui parlait français ainsi que le bagagiste ont relevé le niveau grâce à leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Amazing view and stunning location!
Pros:

The view from the room was exceptional. Very quirky set up with stair cases and private swimming pools. Beautiful interior design! The location is stunning and perfect, just a short walk from beach and restaurants.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could be better. Paying extra for cappuccino and other coffee was off putting. The gym is not very clean, nothing to clean a machine after use. No towels, no water.

Agradable, mi habitación no era la que había visto antes para reservar. No me gustó.

Sköna sängar, bra frukost, bra läge och saltvattenpool ett plus!
Pros:

Vi spenderade de 2 sista nätterna på greklandsresan här. En familj med 3 barn (10-16 år). Kändes nytt och fräscht och personalen var övervägande väldigt trevliga och gulliga och serviceminded. Superskönt sängar med riktiga täcken med påslakan och bra AC. Jättebra frukostbuffé. Hotellet hade en liten men härligt sval saltvattenpool med utsikt över viken. Bra läge högre upp men precis intill Deliades beach som är en party-strand där beachpartyt håller på till 18, sen ganska lugnt område med restauranger och butiker i närområdet. Solsängar på stranden kostade 120 euro/par. Vi hade en junior svit med bubbelpool på balkongen och havsutsikt och ett standardrum in mot gården. Standarrummet var jättestort två våningar med dubbelsäng på övervåningen och ett stort vardagsrum på nedervåningen. Standardrummet var större och rummet i sig finare än sviten om man kan skippa balkong med utsikt så är ett sånt väl värt det. Sviten kostade 3 gånger mer men var inte 3 gånger bättre rumsmässigt. Standardrummet var i sig mer som en svit och större. Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell om man inte vill bo i Mykonos stad!

Cons:

Tycker att priset för sviten var lite väl. Sviten kostade drygt 10 000 för 2 nätter och standardrummet 4 000 för 2 nätter. Väldigt stor skillnad med inte lika stort värde om man ändå bara ska sova.

Piscina este mică și înghesuită (nu are nicio legatura cu ce realitate se induce in fotografiile de prezentare), aproape impracticabilă intrucat se afla pe terasa restaurantului.

I usually don’t rate hotels, but this one really deserves their credit. First of all, very friendly and hospitable staff, I admired their attentiveness and their amazing Whatsapp service providing me with everything I need whether for transportations, bookings..etc, and their response is always super quick! The rooms are very spacious, clean and lovely! Absolutely amazing views since I booked the sea view room.

Located next to one of the best beaches in Mykonos, Ornos! Their location is a good middle, not too far from everything and exactly next to the beach. Only 10 min drive away from downtown.

I would definitely stay again in this hotel!
