AC doesn’t work. The shower and parts of the room were very dirty, the TV also did not work.

Nous vous remercions chaleureusement pour les dix jours passés dans votre hôtel à Majorque, qui nous ont laissé de très beaux souvenirs.

Nous tenons particulièrement à souligner l’excellent travail de l’équipe d’animation. Merci à Alejandra, Rudy et Alessia pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur énergie, ainsi qu’à Léa, Ronan et Nathan du O^club côté français, dont les animations et la bonne humeur ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Ils ont véritablement fait la différence.

Encore merci à Alejandra, Rudy, Alessia, Léa, Ronan et Nathan pour ces moments inoubliables. Nous espérons les revoir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Cons:

Nous avons également apprécié le confort de notre chambre au sixième étage et sa magnifique vue sur la montagne et la mer. Quelques coulures sur les murs et une légère rénovation de la douche pourraient toutefois être envisagées.

Ces remarques restent secondaires : nous avons passé dix jours merveilleux et repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs.

Fab stay would 100% stay again
Pros:

We upgraded our room on arrival and we are so glad we did, bed was so comfy, hotel spotless. Family Pool area not too busy could always get a sunbed. Staff lovely and breakfast nice!

Хорошая разнообразная еда каждый день разная, сладостей и фруктов очень большой выбор питание ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, чистые номера, комфортные, каждый день убиралось.

Cons:

Отель рассчитан на более спокойный и тихий отдых, больше подходит для семейного отдыха. Для молодежи будет скучно. Но вокруг есть много клубов если что.

Buffet incroyable le matin comme le sort !
Chambre grande et agréable, très jolie vue sur la mer
Des excursions son proposée avec l’hôtel ce qui est un vrai plus et en français
Piscine à l’eau salée avec douche
Personnelle agréable peut être à être un peu plus souriant au bar serai encore mieux

Oreiller un peu trop bombé
Manque légèrement de transats autour de la piscine
Parking à 20€ pas préciser mais pratique car nous avons pas trouver de places autour de l’hôte en ce début septembre
Joint piscine pas tout à fait propre par endroits mais reste très correct et agréable

Queremos destacar y mencionar con énfasis la atención, gestión y resolución rápida y efectiva de la subdirectora Raquel
Pros:

La buena distribución de cada espacio conformado con estilo , dedicación y para disfrutar de diferentes momentos , por ejemplo hay varias piscinas y cada una presenta una temática para destacar.

Cons:

Que no tenga servicio de playa , entendiendo que es un hotel de gran categoría y de una gran cadena.
