Hit my needs and the staff were friendly and helpful
Pros:

David in the restaurant in the morning was super friendly.

The guys on the bar in the evening of my stay were also helpful and good to talk to. Can't remeber their names though.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es el personal, la ubicación es inmejorable para pasear por Nottingham, muy céntrico y de fácil acceso, a 10 min andando de la estación de autobús y a 15 min de la estación de tren. El desayuno variado y completo

Very pleased with hotel stay.
Pros:

Location. Cleanliness. Very little traffic noise. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The only thing is some of the fixture and fittings needs a bit of attention.

Ideal for attending an event in the city centre.
Pros:

We booked the hotel because of its proximity to the Albert Hall where we were attending a concert given by the Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra. It proved to be ideal.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like on this occasion and we would stay again.

Nice but noisy
Pros:

Yeah, nice polite and friendly staff. Nice room, clean.

Cons:

There is a night club opposite and I'm not playing this down. When we went into the room, I noticed some ear plugs by the bed. I wondered what they were for and 4.30 the next morning. I understand. Even with the earplugs in, it's still banging inside your head. I totally understand it's not the hotels fault. Please be aware when staying here. Having said that, I cannot fault the staff and how nice and friendly they were. Big thank you!

Pleasant, would stay again for the price
Pros:

Rooms were nice enough! Bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unexpectedly loud music from our room, didn’t realise how close the hotel was to a club, this we could hear till early morning. Did find a hair in the bath on arrival but everything else was spotless.

Breakfast varied and plentiful. Freshly cooked eggs were great.
Room was spacious and bed comfy.
Free tea and coffee in lobby was great.
Central location.

Cons:

Coffee from machine in breakfast area was poor.
Hand wash dispenser in room was empty.
Difficult to get milk & tea bags replenished
