Clean room everything we needed in the room location of the hotel is spot on to get to all bars and restaurants
Lift was noisy going all night husband didn’t notice but I’m a very light sleeper (room 1016)
A clean feel throughout the reception.
The room was a superior room but seemed like a standard double (as I’ve stated before, I know what the superior looks like)
The TV did not work at all.

Extremely loud noises throughout the night: from the street and hotel. I really struggled to sleep.

bathroom extractor not working staff tell me it is he ENTIRE building affected. no update given to me throughout my stay until i left. bed very uncomfortable, as was 2 beds joined together which kept separating
