サンタナロウの中にあるホテルだったから、夜遅くまでサンタナロウで過ごせた

Cons:

ほぼ満足だったけれど、室内で作るコーヒーは紙コップだったのは残念。アメリカだからなのかなぁ。ハイクラスのホテルだと思っていたので陶器のコーヒーカップで飲みたかったです。

Our stay exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

Everything about our stay was wonderful and we will always stay here when we visit San Jose.

The front desk stay was welcoming and made sure we had everything we wanted. The glass of sangria was especially nice and a great way to start our trip. Scott Dolan went well beyond our expectations helping us at the front desk. Truly, our experience with him and the way he assisted us made the best impression.

A lovely experience
Pros:

All great experiences minus the late night room service taking over an hour which we cancelled and weren’t charged
Second issue was a friend left her card on file to treat us to breakfast and they charged us at checkout.
The staff was great and we had to bring our dog and she was treated well by everyone.
