Great location!
All great experiences minus the late night room service taking over an hour which we cancelled and weren’t charged
Second issue was a friend left her card on file to treat us to breakfast and they charged us at checkout.
The staff was great and we had to bring our dog and she was treated well by everyone.

Always a pleasant experience. This is my go to whenever in the area. Nice pool, bar, onsite restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with nice views. Great location on the Santana Row strip and walking distance to the Westfield mall. So many great restaurants and shops at your doorstep.

The location was a lot of fun as we could walk out the front door and shop or eat. The room was nice and had good amenities.

everything except the graduation party on the same floor as my room. Young girls (12 yo) were running up and down that hallway consistently until 1am. I flew across the country to be at the birth of my grandson, and was exhausted. Not able to sleep until 2am when they finally went to bed.
