Delist this hotel until they get the elevator fixed.

THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING. THIS MUST BE HIGHLIGHTED IN EVERY REVIEW. IT IS A NICE GESTURE TO HAVE THE STAFF OFFER TO CARRY YOUR BAGS UP THE STAIRS BUT THEN YOU STILL HAVE TO CLIMB THEM. Was told in the morning that it was policy to make the offer - how long has the elevator been out of commission to have actually put a policy in place???

Clean, fair price. Did not enjoy being rushed out
Cons:

We were woken up three times by housekeeping knocking on our door, hours before checkout. I felt rushed to leave early. One knock would have been fine I guess, but when I answered and explained we were still sleeping, it was not necessarily to wake us up two more times. We left over an hour before checkout, so I’m not sure what the issue was.

The elevators were not working. The room we were given had broken locks, broken shower soap dispensers; and the front desk advised they were aware when we checked out the next day. They should not be able to give rooms that are not equipped with fully working locks.

It was a clean, great location and staff were great. Pool was too cold to use. No one was ever in it
Pros:

The staff let us come in early to our room before our event so my two babies could get a nap in before we left. That was so kind of them.

Cons:

The pool was too cold to enjoy.

Sparta Celtic Festival Stay
Pros:

Kindness, friendliness, and hospitality of staff. Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Located minutes away from the Spartan Celtic Festival. Great weekend.

Cons:

Minor gripe: location of the wall handle for easier and safer entrance into the bathtub. Handle should be on the right side not the left blocked by the toilet.

Smelly and not worth the money
Cons:

Smelt funny the whole building staff were not very friendly and didn't have our room ready we had to wait 3 hrs to check in from when we arrived. And said there was a sofa bed more like a coffin it was a mattress laying inside the couch couldn't pull it out and was framed into the couch. How stupid of a design. You need to update your rooms. I will not be back to that specific hotel.

Good but they forgot a few things.
Pros:

It was nice and clean. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

There weren't any sheets on the trundle bed so my son just slept on the sofa. There weren't any coffee cups but there were lids and coffee and other things. There were a few opened drinks left in the fridge from the previous guests.
The stay was nice otherwise and we would still come back.

Pros:

Passing through on our way up north. Loved the price. Very nice room. Very spacious. Staff was SUPER helpful and nice. Breakfast was great! Nice affordable room with free breakfast, can’t beat it! Would come back if in the area.

Cons:

The faucet/sink in our room where the coffee pot and fridge is looked like it wasn’t cleaned. The ice bucket had water in it as if it wasn’t switched out. Wondering if that area was even cleaned at all. Bad water stain behind the toilet. The desk in the room was very wobbly. Other than that, everything else was great.
