There were a few roaches on the walls and on the floors

Bad service, the room smelled bad, I wanted to cancel to leave and they didn't refund my money, the room was not well tidy

Fue la peor experiencia q he vivido. Hice mi pago online el dia de la entrada antes de llegar y cuando llegué al hotel no tenía habitación. Así de simple me dijeron que estaba muy lleno y que no tenían nada para mi. Conmigo iban 3 familias q también habían reservado y sus habitaciones estaban incompletas con menos camas. No pude quedarme y estoy esperando q me devuelvan mi dinero

The hotel was overbooked, the check in took one hour and a half waiting for I do know what, other customers were told to leave no matter they had book number, there is no excuse no matter it was a 4th of July.
Also, the toilet had no water, we used the bucket where the toilet paper was to clean it.
Also, roaches around the room and the room smelled of cigarettes..

Homelessness are around the hotel property, have to be careful when walking outside

I felt misled and very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Facilities were dated, bed wasn’t comfortable, other guests were loud and experience was terrible due to all noises. Hotel was full of weird people. Front desk guys were rude.

I struggled to turn the light on in the room, I kept having to flip the switch and button in the bathroom.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel I stayed there with my 6(he left the same review but in Spanish) When we arrived it The staff was in a bad mood and did not treat us professionally or respectfully.

The room was unacceptable. The bed had what appeared to be blood stains, which is completely unhygienic and disturbing. The couches were in poor condition, and there was no remote control for the TV. Basic amenities were missing, and no one made any effort to fix the issues.

We asked to change rooms, but when we went back to the front desk it was no one there(front desk was closed) there was no solution offered. The service was extremely disappointing from beginning to end.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was disgusting. It had 4 small dead roaches and one small live one.

Bed. No tissues. No luggage rack to put suitcase. Had to put on the floor. No safe. No closet. Bad towels.

Very loud. No rest. You can hear everything coming from the hallway and the people on the top floor. There were no window curtains and the light comes through.
