Lage; war schwer zu finden Parkplatz musste extra bezahlt werden mit 22 Euro pro Nacht

Nie wieder!
Pros:

Einzig die Lage ist gut, wenn man die Reeperbahn erleben möchte.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein und primitiv.
Am Waschbecken gab es nur kaltes Wasser.
Die Türe zum Balkon war nur zu kippen, man konnte sie nicht komplett öffnen. Der Balkon war verdreckt und schmutzig. Er ist schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Dort lagen unzählige Zigarettenkippen und eine leere Mineralwasserflasche. Der Boden des Balkons wies eine dicke Moosschicht auf. Der Anblick des Balkons war abstoßend!
Vor meiner Zimmertüre fand ich einen Kopfkissenbezug auf dem Boden.
Das Personal war teilweise überfordert beim Check-In und ein Mitarbeiter, der offensichtlich etwas „Durchblick“ hatte, ging bei großem Andrang von Gästen einfach weg und sagte, dass er Feierabend hätte.
Das ist keine Service Orientierung und ein absolutes No Go!

Really liked the conditions of the hostel.

Cons:

So one important thing I have to tell. There is one discrepancy in the check in process. There are truly online check in stations and I do not need to talk to the receptionist to check in into my room, but I anyway have to get the bedshits, so I anyway have to wait in the line anyway. And this is a bottleneck.

Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war super sehr zentral. Man hatte alles in der Nähe was man gebraucht hat.
Personal war teilweise freundlich und hat versucht zu helfen.
Ich möchte keine Namen nennen aber zwei Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben versucht zu helfen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, im Bad war Schimmel und nicht richtig sauber. Auf dem Boden ob im Zimmer oder Bad war dicker Staub. Die Betten waren druch man lag direkt auf dem Lattenrost.
Teilweise unfreundlichs Personal nicht alle! Beim Frühstücks Buffet gab es keine Abwechslung, ich weiß es ist kein Sterne Hotel aber eine kleine Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen. Ich könnte hier noch so eigenes aufzählen was leider nicht gut war für einen so hohen Preis hatte man schon gern ein saubers Zimmer.


Zimmer Reinigung muss angemeldet werden sonst kommt niemand nicht einmal um den Müll zu leeren oder im Bad das nötiges sauber zu machen.
