Beautiful, well-run hotel.
Pros:

Attractive rooms wand very attentive staff. Very good breakfast too.

Cons:

A little noisy a few nights but not enough to stop us from sleeping.

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。名刺作成の必要が有る時にも名刺作成の出来る店を直ぐに調べて紹介してもらえた。
食堂のスタッフは気軽に言葉を交わせる明るい方々でした。

Poor room service… only 4 star but costly for the services it offers .

Breakfast was not having much of options , room to room distance is very poor , if someone press the door bell of adjoining room , you get up to answer it , airport pickup is 40% more costly than normal , narrow hotel road

Fabulous stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi
Pros:

We loved our stay at Anatole Hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The rooms were beautifully clean, the rooftop bar and pool is lots of fun, and the location is fantastic. What made our stay memorable was the amazing staff, in particular Kenny, who welcomed us to the hotel, and the lovely restaurant team who helped recommend places to go and things to do, and who made us brilliant egg coffee :) We highly recommend Anatole Hotel in Hanoi!
