Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Anatole Hotel. Il est situé à 2 minutes de la cathédrale, beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied (train street, old quarter, lac ...). Le personnel est attentionné et le petit déjeuner très varié. Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées, plus ou moins grandes (nous en avions 3). Attention, notez que les chambres des étages bas n'ont pas de vue (la fenêtre donne sur un autre bâtiment à 50cm. Les chambres hautes bénéficient d'une vue. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus, même si elle est petite. Nous recommandons !

La piscine et la vue sont jolis.
Le personnel est très agréable, serviable et souriant.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Their exceptional customer service and thoughtful gesture of refunding my laundry costs genuinely impressed me. As a result, I've happily increased my rating from 8/10 to 10/10. Fantastic hospitality and a team that truly values guest feedback!

Cons:

Limited breakfast selection, with no halal options.
Cross-contamination concerns, as omelettes without ham were cooked in the same pan used for meat.
Laundry services were quite expensive.
Overall: A very pleasant and comfortable stay. A few improvements to breakfast options and laundry pricing would make the experience even better.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Kathedrale St. Joseph. Auch zum Hoàn Kiếm See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ich war aber nicht als Tourist vor Ort, sondern geschäftlich. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist wunderbar, es ist sehr sauber und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse. Vielen herzlichen Dank auch noch einmal an die Mitarbeiterin Phương.

Great central location, friendly staff and relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location in the old quarter close to the lake. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Rooftop pool and bar were a nice bonus and way to relax on the hot afternoons.
