服務人員很客氣、早餐多樣！

Cons:

我們訂的是有陽台的加大房間，但居然是Queen's Bed，通常床上都會再放2個枕頭，以正常的睡眠位置，我106的身高，我的腳都會超過床邊，更何況身高超過170公分的男生，再說河內很多外國人，這對他們來說應該是兒童床吧！

Second time back, will be my hotel of choice for my next visit.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly. The breakfast very extensive, something for everyone.

Cons:

I am not a huge fan of step into bathtub showers, though that's just me. Next time I'll request a room with a walk in shower.

Great boutique hotel with spacious rooms!
Pros:

Location of Anatole Hotel was a big plus as it is next to St Joseph’s church and surrounded by great cafes. Next, customer service at the hotel was superb (breakfast crew to concierge staff)!

Cons:

Would love a Phō live station at breakfast!

Exceptional quality staff and facilities.10star rating for Phem,Kenny and Quinn.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional..Staff,food,room,facilities all first class.Location is excellent.Right next to St Joseph’s and the lake made it an easy home base to locate in a city that otherwise is very easy to get lost in.

Cons:

Having to say goodbye to the amazing staff ,especially Phem.Kenny and Quinn also deserve a mention as also provided excellent service.
