Comfort at its highest level
Pros:

Excellent service from the moment I checked in till the day I checked out. Hotel is situated in a strategic location, however, there is only one restaurant and the variety in the menu for lunch or dinner was not attractive enough, so much so I have to dine outside daily. However, the breakfast has a very good spread, and the hotel staff made a lot of effort in ensuring the guests request what they need.

Special thanks go out to Amy, the Operations Manager in ensuring my room is clean, quiet and amenities are sufficient during my day.

Overall, a lovely and very impressive hotel with all the staff going their way to help and always very courteous and kind.

fijne locatie, centraal gelegen in de oude stad, dicht bij alle faciliteiten. Mooie kamers, fantastisch ontbijt en uitstekende service door het personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt buffet en... het zwembad op het dak is echt geweldig. Kortom: een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Hanoi te verkennen maar zeker goed om gebruik te maken van de goede faciliteiten. Aanrader!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The front desk team was warm and helpful during check-in especially Ms. Prem. Our room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is good, and the location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and convenient to get things around. Great value overall, and we will stay here again.”

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, très attentif, agréable et de bons conseils, le confort et l'esthétique de la chambre avec vue sur la ville, la terrasse avec piscine, l'excellent petit déjeuner, et la localisation idéale pour se promener à pied autour du lac et dans la vieille ville.
