$50 all inclusive beach access with WiFi, within walking distance from the port! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Cozumel. Servers were friendly and excellent service. Food was great. Restrooms clean. 5 out of 5 stars!
La piscina o alberca (como le dicen) la habitación era muy pequeña para los 4 pedimos cambiar a una cabaña que nos pareció execelente. Jonathan y Manuel quienes te llevaban las valijas y solucionaban tus requerimientos me parecieron un sol de personas, mi agradecimiento para ellos.
Somos del norte de Argentina. Viajamos en época de mundial (partido argentina vs Inglaterra) alguno de los mozos del restó fueron muy desubicados haciendo referencia al partido lo cual no le pedimos opinión. No me pareció correcto.

Rooms need a bit of maintenance. Shower needed a bit of love. Mattress a bit old. Pillows not comfortable at all.

During afternoon hours after diving. Jackhammering and banging. This is our 2nd visit and same as the 1st. Banging and Banging all afternoon radiates through the rooms. No afternoon naps after diving! We experienced the same disruption last year. Very unpleasant to experience mattresses are horrible. Ive see better mattresses on the side of the road. TV’s are marginal. Internet is spotty. Staff is friendly, food is good and fast . Drinks are plentiful and good. No there will not be a 3rd visit.

Restaurant was convenient and a good value. Rooms are pretty basic and dated but clean. For the price point a good choice especially if diving.
The cruise docks are directly in front of the hotel so your ocean view is essentially blocked by 2-4 cruise ships everyday.
Breakfast starts at 7 am and is not enough time to get ready for the first dive at 7:20 on the dock.
It's a dive resort. Some family members believed that the rooms are dated and it would be nice if the rooms were renovated.
Great location for accessing snorkelling areas. Close enough to town for stuff to do there.
Wifi was very poor.
We have stayed at the Casa Del Mar in the past and never had a bad experience. They have been doing some updates; new elevator, etc., which made the stay even better. We will stay there again for sure.

This man charged me $1790.00 US dollars, when in fact that was the Peso amount. Within only a few minutes, I recognized the scam. I returned the merchandise immediately and he promised that the money would be refunded to my card. What a liar!
My bank researched my dispute and he still refuses to return the money.

I am not giving up! I have appealed the closed dispute with my bank and am waiting on a reply. I have contacted the R.F.C. office and am also awaiting the reply from them. I will be contacting the Cozumel police. I will write reviews on every platform that I can find. I am also contacting the cruise lines in order to post the complaint to warn any other travelers.
I've never been scammed in my life and I will not just stand idly by now.
Location was great food was very good and the staff were outstanding!
We would have liked a better room. Even if they added a small fridge would have been better
