Serious concerns that need to be address immediately.
Pros:

*very quiet
*was clean

Cons:

*parking was very far from the hotel
* Lack of 24 hr customer service presence at front desk .
*the personal at the front desk was not courteous at all.
*In case of an emergency the guess would have to call for assistance off properly.
* the emergency feed was very slow.
* Additionally, during my safe there was smoke coming from one of the rooms triggering off fire alarm and because the front desk was not available, a guess had to call the phone # posted at the desk to let them know what was happening. The response team was very slow. The evacuation was slow which could of cause injuries or death if the situation had gotten out of control. This was a great concern for me.

This was not a very good experience at a hotel. I will not be returning to that place.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location.

Cons:

I was originally placed on the 3rd floor and it smelled so bad of weed. Even though I specifically requested a non smoking room. I asked to be moved and only then they placed me in a little newly renovated room. The 4th floor had slight smell of weed but not as stink and pungent as the 3rd floor. There is a mat in the elevator and it is always dirty. The 1st floor looks very worn and smells moldy and of weed all the time. I requested an iron and an ironing board which I was told I would have to come and get at the reception. Not very good service at all. I felt I had to beg for extra towels and toiletries. The sheets on the bed looked so worn and dingy. The blanket had cigarette burns. The pillows looked like it has been there since the hotel was originally built.

I didn’t stay for the night I left once I seen the roach in my bathroom and stove was broken

The bed not comfortable enough, saw a roach in my bathroom. Felt very uncomfortable and walls too thin. Stove was broken and fridge too old it’s rusted in the corner.

Pros:

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I regretted choosing to stay there. The experience was disappointing from the start. The receptionist was unprofessional, and when I got to my room, there was a strong smell of weed throughout the hallway. The room itself also smelled strongly of weed.

The TV didn’t have a remote, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I was there with my girlfriend, and I felt embarrassed by the experience.

I ended up checking out without saying anything because I was so disappointed with my stay.

You get what you pay or didnt pay for.
Pros:

Location was reasonable with access

Cons:

There was no proper wifi signal on 4th floor and could never get wifi despite speaking to front desk. Was told people on thay floor use their own hotspots.

Towels and tissue changed only on request.

Did not realise this hotel is full self care. Responsible for housekeeping, garbage etc.
