Pros:

L'emplacement situé à mi-chemin par rapport aux différentes communes de Guadeloupe. Chambres confortables et spacieuses. La piscine a été pensée pour les familles dont les plus petits. Jolie petite plage. Petit déjeuné varié. Diner de bonne qualité. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Le bain de mer a malheureusement des algues qui peuvent être urticantes. Il serait bien d'avoir des changements hebdomadaires dans le menu du petit déjeuner et des dîners.

Important beach-closure information was not communicated to guests
Pros:

Our holiday was seriously affected by the hotel’s failure to inform us that the nearby beach had been closed for several days because of bacterial contamination.

We were not warned before our children—including our one-year-old infant—swam in the water. We only learned about the closure afterwards. Although we contacted a doctor and were told to monitor the children, the damage was already done: instead of enjoying a relaxing family holiday, we spent the rest of our vacation anxious and frightened that our children might develop symptoms from the exposure.

Thankfully, everyone remained well, and the beach reopened later. However, that does not change how distressing the experience was. The hotel may not have caused the contamination, but it had a responsibility to communicate important safety information to its guests. A simple warning at check-in, in the rooms, or around the pool and beach area could have prevented this situation.

We expected a peaceful family holiday, but the lack of timely information overshadowed the entire trip.

A mon arrivé la personne qui c'est occupé de moi s'appelle stephany, c'était écris sur son badge et elle a été d'un très bonne accueil avec le sourire et la disponibilité.

Cons:

La technicienne chambre qui est entrée 15mn trop tôt dans la chambre avant l'heure de départ ....
Petite impression de devoir partir plutôt 😅😅😅
Pas la possibilité de se baigner car il aurait des barracuda dans la mere 😅😅😅
