عند الدخول كان الشاليه غير نظيف و الارض كلها شعر و الارض بها سريبات مياه من المطبخ و ريحة مقرفه . والحوض المياه وصخة و سراميك الحوض مكسوره اجرحت اطفالي و الجاكوزي قذر جدا و واضح انه لم ينظف مده لانه وجدنا به حلق نساء و طحالب . و الاثاث ردي ومستهلك و الغرف مزعجة من صوت المياه و السجاد الطابق الثاني ناقص … انا كان حجزي سبوع و خرجت من الفندق اول ليله من رداءه الخدمة و النظافة و كلمتهم للصيانه لم يفعلو شي تجربه فاشله .. حتى اغراض المطبخ غير موجوده طلب غلايه لانه الموجوده عطلانه لم يستجيبوا العذر عندنا نقص !!

The overall stay was disappointing. The bathrooms were in very poor condition and desperately need repair. Additionally, the lighting requires maintenance, and several electrical appliances in the kitchen were not working
