Very bad experience. They were not able to give us the twin room which was what we booked. Instead, they gave us a very

The room we booked was not available to us and change to a very noisy room. And did not sleep for a minute. Avoid this hotel if you can.
The fridge started to blink at 3 am. If you like a disco room, when you can’t fall asleep because of the noise.

Pros:

It's location, very calm, staff are super friendly, the facility is clean and spotless, the breakfast was great - the options served were more than enough.
The hotel is good for a one night stay in the summer or for longer stays during the winter.
The images on booking.com are accurate 100% - respect!

Cons:

Not having a pool or another entertaining facilities.

Pros:

It is a great value for money, clean room, nice breakfast, helpful staff at the reception. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and stay there again.

Cons:

I booked a budget room, it was a tiny dark room with a window overlooking into the technical area. It was a bit claustrophobic. Next day I asked to upgrade my room, and luckily they had some availablity, it cost me just £23. Another room was absolutely brilliant with huge window overlooking the a nice park. Definitely worth paying additional £23.

Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout our entire vacation. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt seen and welcome. The location was great with eateries and bars all around for easy access. Lovely quiet A/C even in the high heat we felt comfortable.

Cons:

A pool would have been lovely but honestly we didnt miss it that much at all and the service was so good we didnt feel we missed out at all

Geweldig hotel! Ik zou hier twee weken verblijven, maar heb uiteindelijk nog een week bijgeboekt omdat het me zo goed beviel. Supervriendelijk personeel. Een speciale dank aan Can voor zijn gastvrijheid; hij was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Schone kamers, fijne sfeer en een uitstekende service. Absoluut een aanrader!

Uitstekende service en warme gastvrijheid

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, warm en behulpzaam. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde ik me welkom. Iedereen deed zijn uiterste best om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamers waren schoon, het hotel was netjes onderhouden en de service was uitstekend. Ik ben vooral dankbaar voor de oprechte vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van het hele team.
