Not worth the price, but decent enough.
Pros:

I liked the pool and that it was connected to an IHOP. The Ihop was delicious!

Cons:

The elevator was broken and the room had a sliding glass door that could be accessed from outside. It was a very shoddy job of keeping it locked. They had a single iron bar from one side to the other and a semi broken latch. Not very great for a downstairs room. The pull-out couch also had a dingy, worn mattress and we had to get bedding for it from the front desk. There was also a roach in the bathroom when I used it the morning of checkout. The price does NOT match the expectation.

Pros:

I like that this hotel is connected to an IHOP restaurant, where I just left my room and walked down to eat a great breakfast, at your expense of course. So convenient to shopping at the local Mall. Clean room and comfy beds. Will definitely stay again on future visits.
