Eine prima Alternative zu den Hotels in Warnemünde.
Pros:

Schöne Lage am Bahnhof. Man ist mit der S-Bahn in 20 min in Warnemünde. Mit der obligatorischen GästeCard kostenlos. Bei geschlossenem Fenster keine Geräuschkulisse. Danke und bis bald!
Vorsicht bei spontaner Buchung/Anreise außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten der Verwaltung. Man bekommt den Zugangscode nur per Mail. Dies ist nicht automatisiert.

Bien, solo bien.
Pros:

Cercano a la estacion de trenes nos sirviò para llegar a Wernemunde al dia siguiente y embarcar en el crucero contratado por el Mar Bàltico

Cons:

La iluminacion del cuarto era pèsima. Solo UNA luz que estaba desprendida de la pared con los cables elècticos a la vista,
Las luces de las mesas de noche no funcionaban pese a no estar quemadas,
En la mesa hay dos sillas siendo nosotros tres personas
No hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo
No hay shampoo en la ducha

Es war nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Für 2 Personen nicht ausreichend . Es ist zu hellhörig es war alles vom Flur Türen knallen bis laute Musik zu hören.

Das der Ventilator im Bad sehr laut war und sich nicht ausschalten ließ! Als das Problem dem Vermieter geschildert habe wurde unwirsch reagiert! Das Problem wurde nicht gelöst!

Pros:

Das Bett war bequem und das Bad bietet genug Abstellfläche für die mitgebrachten Pflegeprodukte. Auch ist es gut, dass es einen Kühlschrank und eine Kochfläche gibt, wobei ich diese nicht genutzt habe und daher nicht weiß, ob sie funktioniert. Man hat einen Tisch, der mehr funktional als schön ist und der aufgrund seiner Größe auch viel Platz zum Abstellen oder Arbeiten bietet.

Cons:

Die Nachttischlampen haben beide (!) nicht funktioniert, sehr unpraktisch wenn man abends lesen möchte oder nachts mal auf Toilette muss und dann keine Lichtquelle hat. Besonders störend fand ich, dass man das Fenster nicht richtig schließen konnte, es klemmte irgendwie und der Straßenlärm war dadurch - aber wohl auch durch einen allgemein schlechten Schallschutz beider Fenster - relativ laut. Vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge oder Gespräche von vorbeigehenden Passanten waren sehr deutlich zu hören, fast als wäre das Zimmer nach außen hin offen. Nicht gut, wenn man einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat. Auch die Zimmertür zum Flur hin dämpfte die Geräusche vorbeigehender Gäste kaum.
Die Dusche ist sehr klein und der metallene Handtuchhaken neben dem Waschbecken ist so platziert, dass man sich leicht daran stoßen kann, was schmerzhaft ist aufgrund der harten Kante des Hakens. Ansonsten war eine kleine Luke an der Decke des Badezimmers irgendwie defekt und sie war notdürftig mit Klebeband festgeklebt, was aber nicht wirklich half, sie zu fixieren. Nicht so einladend...
