Solides Zimmer in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Ruhiges eigenes Apartment. Sauber. Unabhängiger Check-in durch PIN CODE.

Cons:

Kommunikation über 3 verschiedene Kanäle vorab war bisschen verwirrend. Sonst alles gut 😊 Leicht überteuert für das was es ist.

Das Hotel befindet sich gleich beim Bahnhof - sehr angenehm. Mein Zimmer K03 im Untergeschoss war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch war es sauber und das Bett bequem und die Dusche perfekt.

Cons:

Ich hasse es, Negativ-Bewertungen abzugeben, ABER zuallererst möchte ich den Hotelbetreiber darauf aufmerksam machen, dass das nicht geht, die Fenster ohne Einstiegsschutz (Gitter) zu belassen. Wir haben Sommer, und Menschen schlafen im Sommer mit geöffneten Fenstern. Ich als Frau habe mich 0 sicher gefühlt und habe schlussendlich die Fenster angekippt. Desweiteren die unsägliche Lärmkulisse. Gut, die Bahnhofsansagen waren wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zu erwarten, aber das gesamte Haus hellhörig, man hört die Huster und TVs aus den Nebenzimmern, ich konnte jeden Schritt (Stampfer) von über mir hören, der Kühlschrank brummte und gegen 23.30 Uhr musste ich ein paar quatschende Leute, die auf der Mauer vor dem Fenster gesessen haben freundlich des Platzes verweisen. Ehrlich gesagt hätte ich mir die Übernachtung sparen können. Ich buche ein Hotel, um Schlafen zu können.
Zimmer K03 ist nur etwas für Leute mit festem Schlaf!

Die Ausstattung war Toll😊

Cons:

2 Kritik Punkte habe ich dennoch ,wir hatten unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss ein Bewegungsmelder wäre da ganz gut ,da man im Dunkeln runter laufen muss um Selber Licht einzuschalten.Dann habe ich mir im Bad ein Kosmetiktuch genommen und da kamen viele Abrasierte Haare raus gefallen es wäre schön und Hygienisch die Box nach jedem Hotelbesucher zu wechseln war etwas ekelig

Trotz einiger Mängel zu empfehlen

Pros:

Am primit e mail de informare de la proprietari si modalitatea de a face check in. A fost simplu. Locație aproape de gara.

Cons:

Nu au exista șampon si gel de dus, nici aparat de cafea pentru pretul cerut la cazare pe noapte. Gălăgia de pe hol a fost neconfortabila, e vorba de ușile vecinilor care se închid cu mare gălăgie, deoarece asa este sistemul. Se aude tot ce vorbești din cameră pe hol si invers. În baie erau pânze de păianjeni. Nu am semnalat acest aspect, deoarece am stat numai o noapte.

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit der Familie mit dem Besuch der Hansesail.
Pros:

Sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück.
Top Lage, direkt am Hauptbahnhof.
Ausreichend Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Zimmer war zur Straße und der Autoverkehr war etwas zu laut. Selbst bei geschlossenenm Fenster.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt immer wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof Rostock. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht, war da.

Cons:

Man ist stark auf das Handy angewiesen.

Pros:

Easy to access with the code even during the night, very close to the railway station / Flixbus station.

Cons:

I had to transfer money, manage online check-in and pay taxes based on a very long e-mail. It would be easier to pay by card everything together.
