The location, the suite was very comfortable , staff were very kind and their complementary pastries were exceptional

Cons:

If the elevator is not working it is not really easy to go up the tower to your suite the stairs are very narrow and small steps for those who required assistance it will be difficult

Pros:

Leonardo was fabulous - the room was very comfy and had the luxurious touches to it . It is a pricey stay but well worth it . And the views from the rooftop are the best ☺️🇮🇹

Wonderful place to enjoy all the beautiful things in Florence.
Pros:

The location was within easy walking distance to points of interest and amenities. There was room to spread out for a couple. The views from the room great.

At night there is quite a bit of noise from people enjoying themselves with the night life.

This place is a hidden gem! It’s the best location with the most beautiful rooms.

Beautiful
Pros:

Beautifully appointed, luxury, boutique hotel in heart of historic Florence. Our suite was thoughtfully and luxuriously appointed and superbly comfortable. The building is one of the tallest Renaissance 'skyscrapers' in Florence (Medici-era "mine's bigger than yours") Absolutely spectacular!

Cons:

Expensive! But then again so is Florence... Plus it would be nice to have a breakfast option...

Lovely stay, staff very accommodating
Pros:

Location was perfect and could walk everywhere. As our flight arrived late the staff stayed to check us in.

No restaurant for breakfast, but we went to the hotel next door which was very good.

O localização é fantástica.
No centro histórico, do quarto dá para se ver uma das torres do centro histórico.
Apesar de Florença estar muito cheia como sempre o hotel fica em uma pequena praça supersilenciosa.
Em Florença um hotel com esse espaço e conforto é coisa rara.

Cons:

Não ter café da manhã.
Eu quando reservei não atentei para esse detalhe, mas é só para quem quiser ter essa condição do café da manhã ficar atento na hora da escolha.

Notre séjour a été très agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel est très attentionné. Le monsieur qui était en service à notre arrivée à 21h30 est venue nous chercher pour nous guider jusqu'à l'hôtel . C'est assez rare pour être noté.
L'emplacement, à quelques centaines de mètres du Duomo.
La suite spacieuse et très bien équipée.

Cons:

On ne peut pas prendre de petits déjeuners. Dommage !
