As soon as we got there we had to cancel our lengthy stay. The front desk lady was kind enough to accept the cancellation at no charge.
First hitting the parking lot, we knew something was off. The parking lot had belongings piled outside multiple doors, clearly from long‑term tenants, and it gave the place a rundown feel. None of this was shown in the photos. The pictures online looked bright, clean, and welcoming, but the actual hotel was the complete opposite. It felt misrepresented, neglected, and uncomfortable to stay in.
Reception was friendly. Understood that we won't stay in their facility.
Room not done, dirty, garbage on the floor and more. Opened the room door a decided not to stay.
The girl at the front was pleasant, Quick and efficient. Our TV didn't work and she had it fixed within 10 minutes. For our 1 night stopover, it was perfect!

Terrible everything. Room was next to people with garbage thrown into the parking lot. Incredibly unsafe, tv Im room still has wrapping. People staying monthly next to you. Smell was terrible.
Worst hotel I have ever been in
Had issues with the tv, got assess once then wouldn’t work again. Physical appearance not appealing.

This motel was awful, Exceptionally dirty room. Stain left in the toilet bowel from previous occupant that wasn’t removed, urine stains around the toilet, an old lid from a soft drink was left in the garbage, some type of residue on the night stand, the room was muggy and stunk.

availability- only place in cochrane not sold out
it looks like a refugee camp you see on TV - run down and seems like people live their full time. had issues with people sitting out front of rooms in dark. would never take a family to this place.
