Pros:

La ubicación es privilegiada, es un sitio muy céntrico. El departamento es muy cómodo, amplio y tiene una hermosa iluminación. Es súper cómoda la habitación y mi descanso, a pesar de escuchar el ruido de la calle, fue excepcional. Volvería. a hospedarme ahí,.

Cons:

Probablemente que se escucha la fiesta de los bares que rodean al edificio, no representó para mi un problema para descansar pero si se escucha un poco.

C'était très bien. Je recommande.

Très propre et parfaitement équipé (il y avait même un fer à repasser. Le salon est spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Toutes les terrasses, restaurants, boutiques, bâtiments historiques et parcs se trouvent littéralement autour de l’appartement. Il n’est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture. Un parking souterrain payant est situé juste à côté de l’immeuble, ce qui a été un énorme avantage pour nous. . Oui, on recommande pour visiter Madrid.

Cons:

L’appartement ne correspondait pas à celui que nous avions demandé et pour lequel nous avions payé un supplément. Les photos de présentation ne reflètent pas totalement la réalité, ce qui m’a un peu déçu. La chambre est particulièrement petite, pratiquement de la taille du lit. Mis à part cela, je recommande cet hébergement..

Solo para dormir 3 personas está bien, para estar mucho tiempo dentro es agobiante
Pros:

La ubicación muy accesible, la cocina muy bien equipada.

Cons:

El colchón estaba muy cedido, hay que hacer un cambio de colchón urgente, las llaves del alojamiento solo dan una, por lo que no permite tener independencia individual y hay que pedirlas, el sillón cama para dos personas es muy estrecho, la habitación está bien para tres personas máximo.

Ubicación, decoración y equipamiento del piso. Bien equipado y decorado. Ubicacion excelente

Cons:

Me cobraron in deposito de 250 euros, que luego de una semana del check out no devolvieron. Si no chequeaba mi banco ni me daba cuenta. Tuve que reclamarlo y ahi devolvieron. La cama de dos plazas es prácticamente de una plaza, muy pequeña. No tiene aire acondicionado. Creo que no esta bien atendido nada mas, fuera de eso muy lindo decorado y excelente ubicacion.

Noisy, hot apartment, what a shame, could have been 💯
Pros:

The location was amazing, couldn't have asked for a better location

Cons:

Air conditioning was set at 22 degrees, and the host refused to lower this, saying it was centrally configured and they were unable to change the settings. The temperature outside at 18:00 hours was 46 degrees. The apartment was not cold, and for the price we paid, we should have been allowed to be in control of the air conditioning
Also, the noise in one of the flats adjoined to the apartment block was playing techno dance music, which was played from 4.30am to 11 am on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning. The music was booming through the building. This kept us awake. The music could be heard in every room of our apartment and in the entrance hall, so other apartments must have been able to hear. I reported this, and nothing was done. In fact, I was ignored. All of the above ruined our stay. The place on face value is excellent. The noise and the refusal to let us regulate the room to our desired temperature spoilt everything.
