Good value apartment in a good location.
Pros:

I got a really big apartment, it was well designed and well equipped. Great location. Great air conditioning.

Cons:

The doors can be unlocked remotely through a link without any security. That makes everyone with a link able to access your room. It doesn't feel safe.

The bedroom's shading was bed. There was light during the day, without any option to make it dark.

There was no safe to put valuable stuff in.

Great looking place with nice features, but the noise from a nearby after hours club was really bad
Pros:

Apartment was very well kept and modern. The air conditioning worked great and the apartment always kept a cool temperature despite the high temps outside

Cons:

The noise levels from the street plus a nearby after hours club was unbearable. The after hours club we were not warned about and it became very disruptive to our sleep. The club operates between 5AM and 10AM pretty much every night and we could hear banging techno music during these times every night we slept there. The music was so loud we could even recognize some of the music being played in the club. It's probably an illegal club. The owners of the apartment should put in a complaint to the police about this, but they dismissed our message by saying "yes we know there is a club nearby"

La ubicación del apartamento

Cons:

El baño necesita una reforma sobretodo la zona de la ducha. Las fotos de la web no se corresponden al apartamento que luego te asignan. Por nuestra parte fue un apartamento de 2 habitaciones.

El dpto esta bien ubicado, el problema es que hay una boliche abajo qué abre se 4 am a 9 am con música electrónica todos los días en que estuve alojada

Fantastic accommodation to stay in the centre of Madrid, in the centre but peaceful
Pros:

One of the best check in processes we have come across. Any queries are dealt with promptly. Flat was amazing, in the centre but so quiet. It was perfect

Poc descans enmig del luxe
Pros:

Està molt cèntric, excel·lent decoració, equipament complet, llit còmode.

Cons:

No és un allotjament per poder dormir. No és tant pel soroll del carrer sinó per la música de l'after (que hi ha al sota?) i que se sent de la 1a a la 6a planta de forma insistent. L'establiment va ser molt amable de canviar-nos de la 2a a la 6a planta, però igualment se sentia. Una llàstima, perquè els apartaments són espectaculars en bon gust i comoditat.
