Hotel proche de la gare et du centre ville - beaucoup de restaurant ou pub a proximité - un peu bruyant quand meme avec de nombreux travaux dans la ville et devant l'hotel lors de notre sejour
Beaucoup de monde - et salle du petit dejeuner rapidement saturée de bruit - mais on a pu se mettre un peu a l'ecart pour etre plus tranquille
The ease of chevk in check out and stay
-there is parking discount in NCP parking but didnt know about this when booked so paid extra fr parking far away.

Arrived at my room to find someone else in it....was assured this was a once a quarter thing and rarely happens....staff blamed the system.
I could've ended up being assaulted by a male occupant or put a female occupant at severe unease due to this error....this didn't occur to them.
I've never had this happen in any other hotel...to be honest it's a disgrace that their system allowed this to happen in the first place
I loved everything about the hotel except the comfort of the bed.
The property was great as I’ve said but I didn’t find the bed comfortable.
Also felt that pancakes should have been free and not an extra charge as most places provide these free and my kids love them.
