Schön eingerichtete Zimmer auf hohem Standard. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption
Hotel liegt an dich befahrenen Kreuzung. Kann zum Teil ein wenig laut werden von draussen aber an sich sind die Zimmer gut isoliert.

Room was as we requested
We paid for an early check in at midday as we were coming off a long haul flight at 6am allowed 2hrs from airport to hotel and requested if possible a room earlier unfortunately we sat there watching many check out for the next 4hrs until our room was finally ready at 11.55am. It is dissapointiong as we stayed there to catch our holiday Flight and explained we would be early and also maybe a higher floor due to traffic so we did get floor 2 which is the rooms closest to the road so after staying several times this year it felt as tho is just didn’t matter.
To top it all there is no road advice/directions to avoid bus lanes as we used the local NCP and got caught in the daily times you are not permitted to cross the bus lanes maybe a warning about the local parking rules would be nice as you are always asked upon departure about your parking ticket.

Staff and quality service at breakfast
Room overlooked Glasgow Central Station and on a Saturday night it was vey noisy with traffic and police sirens throughout night. Would request room at rear of hotel if back on a Saturday.
