We were very impressed by the whole team at this hotel, everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. However the team member who really stood out was Hugo the DM. He met us on arrival, he was incredibly professional and astute. We had had a long and trying day of travelling and he went above and beyond to help us in any way and make our stay enjoyable. He is a real asset to the team and is what made the difference from our experience being "good" to "wow!"
I had to pay for car park as previously advised it was going to be free
I like the cleanliness, having a restaurant on site as we needed this that night before going to the airport. The staff kindly upgraded us to an updated part of the hotel as this was the start of our honeymoon travels abroad so I assume some parts of the hotel are not as renovated. Breakfast was also really good.
