Pros:

Room was nice, plenty of parking. Maid service every day. Great location.

Breakfast included was a joke though. Breads,cereal and some fruit does not qualify as a good breakfast!!

Main desk workers very unhelpful seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered.

Great location, but the staff screwed up

Hotel was clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Front desk has no idea how to handle the upgrades they sell you before arrival. We paid for early check in and leave check out, and they did not confirm our early check in until 11am the day we were to arrive, so we couldn't actually show up at the paid time.
Then, on check out, despite receiving a confirmation it has gone through, Rosa at the front desk insisted we had no late check out. She then handed me a bill with the late checkout fee added. After some hemming and hawing she finally removed the charge and admitted we did have late checkout after all, which we couldn't use because we had just rushed to pack out the room and missed our post-wedding brunch because Rosa can't read a screen.

The location itself is lovely. Do not trust your booking.

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Such a beautiful place to stay! The hotel is immaculate and smells amazing. The pool was a lovely oasis to escape the heat. The breakfast offered was the perfect start to the day. The location in Los Gatos was great for being close enough to walk into town for dinner or being able to hop onto 17 to get over to Santa Cruz. We will definitely be back.

Super low quality service
Pros:

Not worth it, customer service is terrible. Did not make up a second bed when 4 people were booked into a room, then when made it up, gave only 1 pillow. Front staff is unfriendly. Locking up soap (in an $400 room!) inaccessible to wheelchairs in a wheelchair accessible room. Their service is worse than $100/night hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the pretty building and how it’s decorated.
