Super low quality service
Pros:

Not worth it, customer service is terrible. Did not make up a second bed when 4 people were booked into a room, then when made it up, gave only 1 pillow. Front staff is unfriendly. Locking up soap (in an $400 room!) inaccessible to wheelchairs in a wheelchair accessible room. Their service is worse than $100/night hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the pretty building and how it’s decorated.

A comfortable, convenient airport hotel with an excellent location and hassle-free stay.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable, directly opposite the airport terminal, making it my preferred hotel whenever I have an early flight from Birmingham. Check-in is always quick and smooth, the rooms are clean and have everything needed for an overnight stay, and the bed is comfortable. There is also a convenient hotel drop-off point right outside the entrance.

Cons:

Nothing significant. It is exactly what I need for a convenient overnight stay before a flight.

Very relaxing
Pros:

We spent the afternoon by the pool and the hot tub. Even if there is no bar by the pool we ended up drinking a bottle of wine from the mini bar. The wine was decent and the hotel also provides snacks. We sat by the fountain, it was charming.
We slept like logs, it was a very nice escapade from the everyday routine.

5 Stars for Hotel Los Gatos
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this hotel 5 stars! The front desk staff, Ashley, Rosa, and Shaan were exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, professional, and truly made me feel valued from the moment I arrived.

The bed and pillows were honestly some of the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel, which made for an amazing night’s sleep. Another added bonus was the self-serve breakfast in the morning; convenient, fresh, and a great way to start the day.

As a solo traveler, it was the perfect place to stay, offering excellent customer service, comfort, and thoughtful amenities all around. I would definitely stay here again!

In the area for a wedding…..very beautiful, nice and friendly staff, clean, easy and accessible. Highly recommend staying here. Also very accessible to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and stores.

Stayed for a wedding
Pros:

We stayed here for a wedding we were attending. Check-in was easy, lobby was very clean, staff very friendly. The room was great and housekeeping did a great job. The pool was nice, our kids went in it. Everything was great but... the restaurant that is in the hotel is EXCELLENT!!! We ate there 2 nights, it was by far the best meals we had while we were in CA. The steaks are some of the best I have ever had, and the Rib Eye might have been the best I have ever eaten. They have a great wine list and the service was 5 star! I would fly back just to eat there, it's that good! You owe it to yourself to have dinner there at least 1 night of your stay, if you don't you are missing out!

Excellent Stay
Pros:

My family and I spent two nights here. We went to Mountain Winery for a Seal concert. Rooms were very nice, grounds are beautiful and the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent in every way
Pros:

Stayed here for our nephews wedding and it was a beautiful spot. The room was lovely, bed so comfy with all the amenities. Continental breakfast was also excellent. So close to many restaurants, coffee spots, shopping.
