Wir haben extra gesagt, dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer möchten. Bekommen haben wir das Zimmer neben dem Fitnessrraum direkt gegenüber vom Frühstücksbereich. In der ersten Nacht haben wir gehört wie jemand auf dem Laufband unterwegs ist, als würde er durch unser Zimmer joggen. In der zweiten Nacht kam eine große Gruppe nach ins Hotel, die dann erstmal Party im Frühstücksbereich gemacht hat. Da das Hotel sowieso hellhörig ist, war das keine gute Erfahrung. Schade, denn man hat uns versichert, dass der Raum ruhig sei, was wir bezweifelten…

You're rolling the dice if you hope for a peaceful night's stay
Pros:

The breakfast was better than expected. The facilities were fine. Found the ice maker easy enough and it did the job (something that's not necessarily a given at some places!). Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores, so you can easily get what you need.

Cons:

We paid over $300 for one night at this hotel. Walked into a place that was apparently sold out for a kids soccer tournament in town, which meant that literally until 1am there were people going between rooms, slamming doors, and even children playing soccer in the hallways. The overworked manager was doing his best, and even tried talking to some parents directly. He was also doling out the reward points to unhappy patrons without arguing. So, no issues with him. But for the price we paid, it's just crazy to think that letting it be overrun by undisciplined and uncontrolled children is more important than all their other clients.
