Heart of Waikīkī, retro feel, big bathroom, spacious room, luggage storage, helpful staff.
City can be loud so you need headphones.
Expensive but ok small rooms
I do not normally leave reviews but after the level of service and of value I received from Lauren Nakamura and her team for coordinating a small business meeting and 5 day stay for myself, I felt obligated to share. Top notch all the way around. Highly recommend this property for business and vacation.

Amazing staff throughout our stay they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable! Especially Will who gave us an amazing room with a great view as well as recommend areas we should visit during our stay! The breakfast included was also delicious and we enjoyed it everyday we were there! We wanted to thank everyone who made our stay one of the best experiences! We will be thrilled to come stay here when we visit Hawaii again!
My stay was overwhelming. The room was fabulous. The staff words can't explain how awesome they took care of us. The front desk clerk Will was outstanding. He explained everything in detail. Told us about the restaurant and what food we should try. Even came to the restaurant to see if everything was going well. Told us if places of interest. He is the sweetest front desk clerk I ever met. He treated every guest in the same manner. I dont think I could stay at any other hotel when visiting Hawaii. All your staff deserves a big raise.
The hotel was fine. Only one complaint: one day the room was not made up at all and the next day it was being made up late, around 5 pm as we were returning from our day out. Front desk agents Will and Anna Marie were both terrific and followed up on our requests. The location is good but not particularly close to Waikiki if that's what you want.
