Facility and staff were fine, bad neighbors keeping me up at night was horrible.
Cons:

People and children stomping above us for 3 nights in a row way past the hours of twelve thirty at night. Nothing done about it. If I was management, I would definitely kick them out.

It was a nice hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast.

Cons:

Labor Day weekend 2026 The room was musky, and smelt like people pee. The swimming pools heating system was down so the pool was cold and the spa wasn't working. After a 7 mile hike at the falls, the hot spa was wanted. The location was ok. The thai place across the street was super yummy.

Great facility, but customer service isn’t prioritized.
Pros:

It was close to where I was visiting.

Cons:

I think I saw two staff members while I was there. The breakfast was totally unattended. Parchment paper on the counter for the tongs and whatnot for serving food. Messes all over. One bagel left and no cream cheese in sight. Turns out it’s in a fridge on the top shelf and a metal container. It shouldn’t be a puzzle. Couldn’t find any cups for juice so I used the waffle batter cups. Overflowing trash cans and a bucket for us to pour liquid trash in. Then the audacity to have a tip jar!!! For who?? For what?? It looks like they set food up and hid!! To have good food and a nice facility doesn’t cut it went it’s a mess, and staff is either absent or poorly trained. The night audit was the most friendly person I met. The 3-11 asked my room number out loud when charging things to my room with drunk men behind me. Creepy when the secondary lock in my room was “repaired” with a screw that fit in the hole, and did nothing else.

Great place to stay in Keizer, Oregon.
Pros:

The hotel was very well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The front desk was very friendly.

Cons:

The server closed the breakfast area 10 minutes early. The coffee was very weak. So glad there was a Kegurig coffee maker in the room.

Won't be back
Pros:

Nothing stands out, except maybe the young lady that checked us in.

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds, noisy shower and drain, view, policy regarding pets, pool rules not enforced, staff or at least the appearance of possible staff drinking cocktails in the pool area. Dark lighting in hallways, and a bit of odor that wasn't pleasant.

Would not recommend this hotel at all.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Everything was horrible the front registration clerk the manger were extremely unprofessional and their organization with the other staff is horrible. I had a horrible experience where they gave my hotel room to another person and they didn’t communicate that to the next staff that was working when we got there. She gave us a key to two different rooms that were already occupied where we walked in one room with people sleeping in their underwear and our children were present when it happened and the next where the person who was alseep in the room came out super upset cause we had woken them up. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Gross hotel. Full of ants. Bad service. Bad food.
Cons:

Ants all over the room. Disgusting. Tons of them. Clearly a problem they were trying to cover up. I asked for a refund, but just got an excuse that they had to call a manager.

We were surprised with how large our room was for the money.
Pros:

It was a nice newer looking building outside; lots of parking with front and rear entrance. Inside was clean, elevator was kinda slow between floors but we just had to be patient.

Cons:

Nothing
