Great location for walking to Fenway and exploring Boston!
Pros:

The room was very nice. Got upgraded to the Commonwealth Suite so we had plenty of room. Location is perfect for going to a Red Sox game since Fenway is literally around the corner. The hotel is very clean and staff professional. Subway access is right outside the entrance so convenient for exploring Boston. Perfect location!

Cons:

$75 a day for parking. I stayed two days and didn't move the car but paid $150 for leaving the car parked. I guess this is the going rate for most hotels located in a downtown area of a major city. Didn't like that part but understand that this is the norm.

I loved the nice, staff.. we loved the location, and our view just was way to much for one night!!
Pros:

The people the staff, very clean

Cons:

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. And it was kinda small. But it was okay

Cons:

The staff were not nice, there is a lot of room to improve there. You have to wait for the coffee in the lobby and they only serve coffee after 630am., they don't give you a coffee machine or kettle in the room. The AC units are super old and make a lot of noise. In modern days this is a 2 star hotel. This girl is so old that you need to switch the lamps one by one, i don't do that at home anymore.

Felt like home for my two-week stay. Easy coming and going on my daily trips, and a perfect location. A few minor fixes
Pros:

Cozy for my 2 weeks stay; felt like it’s home
Perfect service and location
Friendly and helpful staff; they got me a better room in just 2 days
The elevator is instantly available
Fast and convenient valet service

Cons:

Some areas/furniture were not maintained/cleaned properly. Asked to fix the curtains and slider doors.
The biggest room available in the hotel is not big enough for a couple with 13 years old kid.
Considered pricey to other hotels; the view is not the best and the furniture is outdated.

Cons:

Bathrooms do not have ventilation exhaust fans!
Hotel is older than I expected, some updates are needed.

Fabulous Hotel. Hope for Two Improvements
Pros:

Staff is excellent. The location is central to everything. Really appreciate the offer of refillable water bottle with self-serve still and fizzy water. It is very convenient.

Cons:

The only 2 things are:
Pillows are too flat; even two pillows become completely flat in no time. Chromecast in the room have inconsistent connection. I have tried everything, from resetting the Chromecast itself to completely reset the wifi connection on my phone. The entire last day at the hotel we ended up not being able cast at all.
